I should have checked here first. I was, like others here, hit with a autorenewal fee after a year. I never signed up for autorenewal. I have contacted support for a refund, but have, as of yet, not received any reply.

** update ** - I have received a refund back to my payment method. So I will amend my rating from 1 to 3.

I can confirm all bad reviews here are credible. I was charged without warning even though I never gave my permission to automatic renewal. Furthermore, this credit card was cancelled 6 months before because I was victim of phishing; nevertheless, he managed to charge it. I politely asked for a refund, citing federal law. Was ignored. Required a complaint to my credit card cie to get a refund for fraud.

I did not want to extend my subscription: this subscription is useless. Never triggered anything in one year. I must be very well protected from careful selecting DNS srvices I'd say.

They lie and cheat and charged me without my permission

This is a scam!!!!
My credit card got hacked and when enquiring I got told I had two accounts and if I dont give them information about my account and "if they are forced to dig in, it be a big problem for me"

Then the second email was my email followed by "Your second account you stupid f__k"

I had to cancel all my cards and place a bank dispute.

Scammers and most of the time the downloads for new list has errors, stay away!!!

Had an issue with a recurring charge and instead of just helping me figure it out the "customer support" which is clearly the owner was rude, dismissive and then told me to fvck off. So - ya, don't use this company.

I purchased the yearly upgrade for Peerblock... it never properly got set in the software so I had to keep manually opening the software at startup despite it being set to automatic and every time I'd have to start the program and then put the ID key in every single time!

What a waste, then also this guy ends up trolling me when I told him about this when my subscription was about up.

Instead of being helpful he was rude and disrespectful:

I'm a veteran SEO/web designer and computer programmer... This guy is out of line and instead of trying to figure out what could be causing the problem, he instead decided to call me an idiot...

Doesn't seem like someone I would want to trust nor support. Peerblock free is where you need to keep it. Don't bother dealing with anything else. Look for an alternative to Peerblock download.
