I have purchased two previous travel adapters via Amazon, (left one in Spain and the usb-c on the other gave out after several years of faithful service) and been impressed. When the most recent one gave up the ghost I ordered their so called ‘most powerful travel adapter’ directly from iblockcube. Their customer service is almost non-existent. I was unable to contact the company to find out when my adapter would be delivered and when it did, it was left with a neighbour without informing me. The product is a cheap rip off, despite costing more than twice as much as the ones I got from Amazon. There is no iblockcube identification on the device nor a QR code for support. I have been emailed by the so called owner (Kenneth etc)welcoming me to ‘the community’ yet when I try to email back my concerns I get ‘Mailbox does not exist’. I have tried support etc and team etc emails and get the message: relay not allowed - remote server is misconfigured. Do not buy from this company.
Excellent product and responsive, helpful customer service. The extension leads I bought from them are exactly what I needed -- very well designed and obviously high quality.

Brand new 1 week old Nimble universal travel adapter generates heat and smoke even nothing connected.
It can easily start a fire at you your place

I've tested each USB and USB-C outlets, along with the plug outlets. All functioning properly. I like the compact design and the length of the cord. I had my phone, mouse and a fan plugged in, and it didn't struggle or get too warm.I had new outlet covers installed several years ago with USB and now everything is going USB-C this was a perfect alternative to replacing the covers again!

I use this in the US mainly and have stopped taking 5 or 5 sockets with me as this fits by the bed and can plug 4 cables into it l. It’s very easy to use, just select the correct country and plug in. It charges quickly and and is so easy to use. It’s very versatile as I have a clock, watch, phone, iPad and sometimes a mini fan plugged in at the same time. It works well and it comes in its own neat little case. Perfect for travel.

App now seems to be fixed on Android and is fully functioning again.

Impossible to get a reply, have emailed & messaged several times with a serious problem with no reply. Such a shame.
The IOS app has been removed so now my smart plug system is unusable & worthless.

Very satisfied with the leads and mostly the customer service. I had ordered 2 items, one of which resulted faulty. They had this replaced and shipped right away.

Placed an order. Received a werid confirmation and then when I complained, got a different but still werid confirmation. No product, no tracking, no notification of shipping and no responses to my emails. They are about to get a chargeback on the credit card

Finally got a response when I replied to an email asking how the chargers were. After a few days back and forth, they finally reshipped and finally arrived.
I don’t know why they don’t have a working customer service number or email

Now they want me to email the same address that didn’t respond previously. I don’t see much point in that. Maybe they should finish the website (just look at the FAQs) and publish an email address that they respond to. They don’t allow email addresses here but if you put team before the at sign, this was the address that finally answered me.

Amazing customer service. I use their all in one travel plug religiously when travelling as it provides high capacity charging with the ability to plug into many different sockets world wide. Unfortunately one of the ports stopped working, and the team have worked with me to troubleshoot, but in the end have provided a free replacement. All of my interactions with the support team have been very polite, friendly and prompt. Excellent product and amazing customer service. Thank you team 😊

Ordered and paid for 6 items but only 5 arrived after a longer than expected delay. Emailed iblockcube multiple times asking for either delivery of the missing item or else a refund of its cost, but no response whatsoever from them to date.
I’ve had the exact same experience as Adam (below) and am just pursuing a refund from the bank and reporting this supposed company to the authorities - clearly a scam. Check iBlockcube’s own FAQ section, they have the same text copied and pasted as the answer to every question - suspishmuch?

In the interest of fairness, I am updating this review … the multiplug adapter arrived today (28th Aug)!
After contacting fraud department of my bank on 18th, they informed me that they make contact with a company and they have an amount of time in which to respond, otherwise my claim would be upheld and the money reclaimed from the company. That was 10 days ago. So, I have added an extra star as the product has actually arrived, 20 days after purchase. However, FAQ section of website still shows the issue I commented on above, they did email me back but only with the invoice and not addressing my questions or concerns about delivery, and so much time passed that I bought and installed an alternative adapter. I have no confidence to try a return … the ‘How do I return a product’ FAQ has the same irrelevant, copied and pasted text I commented on above. If I do, I’ll update this review with what happens … probably in 2-3 months!
Been waiting 10 days for an order plus an email I sent and got nothing back for a long time and eventually got the product through the door. It's a good extension lead but the initial comms was terrible.
