great contact from start to finish, best possible price

The delivery was very fast but also, after enquiring in many different bike shops, nobody would send me a ne electric bike to Cyprus because of the issues with the Li-On battery and air transportation,. this was not a problem for IBK, the bike was delivered quickly and with no extra costs or hassles. I could not recommend them enough., they were cheaper than most, more efficient and caused me no issues whatsoever. An absolute pleasure.

Delivery overdue by weeks which is understandable as these things happen, but the communication through this period was challenging. However all was fixed with a fast recovery in the end. Customer service was very good, fast answers on emails and information was good. Bike and range extender was delivered in perfect conditition and fast to Finland.

Purchased a Specialized Epic bike from IBKsport and had it shipped all the way to Estonia via DHL.
Everything went smoothly, IBK mechanics had assembled the bike in a perfect way, just had to bolt the pieces together and went for a ride.

Great price and service for an occam mountain bike from Spain to the UK.

I was nervous I’d be stuck for brexit related duties but in the end IBK sorted everything and it was far and away the best deal for this highly sought after bike (saving £450 if I’d have purchased from the UK). There is a uk site but this didn’t have the model available and it would have still been more expensive!

At first the payment wasn’t going through online. I ended up going through a chat on the website and they set me up a separate payment link which worked fine.

Free delivery too which is amazing value from Spain. There was a large and slightly concerning cost notification from DHL but IBK took care of it fully and the bike was delivered after a short customs delay. I’m so please with it.

Phoning is a little hit and miss, but they do call you back. Best method is to email orders[@]ibkbike.com.

Get yourself a hard to find bike at a bargain!

Great service ... quick reply, a bit short answers (but less is more!). Bike arrived one day to late, but I guess that's DHL normal standard. Would recommend IBK for sure!
