34 Days to Get Refund / Ghosted Me / Still Owe Me Money
I have had the same experience as a recent customer's review with a lack of responsiveness.
I returned items and they did not credit me for one of the items I returned, despite me providing evidence that I did so. I had to chase them multiple times for the first credit, which they processed incorrectly.
The return process was clunky and there was a massive delay with everything involved, even getting the original credit (which they incorrectly processed as stated) which took 34 days to receive from the date I sent back.
I followed up multiple times with no response. I would NOT order from this company as it's clear that they are understaffed and / or just don't care.
