I have had the same experience as a recent customer's review with a lack of responsiveness.

I returned items and they did not credit me for one of the items I returned, despite me providing evidence that I did so. I had to chase them multiple times for the first credit, which they processed incorrectly.

The return process was clunky and there was a massive delay with everything involved, even getting the original credit (which they incorrectly processed as stated) which took 34 days to receive from the date I sent back.

I followed up multiple times with no response. I would NOT order from this company as it's clear that they are understaffed and / or just don't care.

NOT, the Ibex of years past! I was actually 'willing' to pay $175.00 for a pair of SWEATPANTS. After trying for four days, to SPEAK with a representative, I have not received any reply.....via CHAT, EMAIL, and no phone number is available that I can find. I guess the new way is, JUST GIVE US MONEY, NO QUESTIONS ALLOWED.

I placed a order for a woolie 2 beanie price $34 total. Beanie arrives too small. Go through the return process and I get back $20. What a rip off! Literally charged $14 to try on something.
No customer service phone number to call.
Customer service email response is automated. Therefore, no online help.
So it's basically impossible to contact the company.
