On the worst day of winter, when our heating had broken, and insurance could get no-one out at all, a telephone call to Ian and he was over within an hour . Made temp repair until he could get part so that we had heat overnight . Amazing job , amazing guy. ( polite and professional ) and good price . Would give 6 stars if I could .

Extremely efficient and reliable. I called Ian out 3 times over 2 weeks and he was there next day or on the day of contact tirelessly tried to fix the ever going problems that came with this old boiler. Being a first time homeowner I was very anxious but Ian was very clear and explained everything he did and found. Gave true honest advice and went above and beyond to help. Would recommend to anyone.

Tidy, clean, professional, the service provided is second to none, I would strongly recommend their services to anyone, and being a veteran I would strongly recommend @scottishveteranshousing to take them on as a service provider in the north of Scotland

After phoning Ian he came to look at our boiler. He worked out the fault quickly and had to order a new PCB. The next day it was fitted and boiler fixed. Superb service I highly recomend.

Ian came out to look at my boiler on good friday and found an electical problem. He then ordered the parts and had them fitted on easter monday. I can't recommend him enough.

Ian recently fitted a new boiler and water tank for us in the Buckie area. He was patient, proficient and professional and took great care to explain all I needed to know about how the new system would work. I would happily recommend him for any boiler and heating work.

Ian came out on the day we called which was much appreciated and was able to fix the problem on his visit, which was fantastic.

Our old boiler failed and we asked Ian to quote for a replacement boiler and new radiators. He arrived on time and talked us through a selection of options/costings. After accepting, he arrived on the agreed date, explained the sequence of work and made a start. He was polite, professional and hard-working - no lunch break and hard to persuade him to have a cuppa! Job was completed quickly and tidily. He took the time to talk us through the controls, etc., before leaving. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Ian to anyone looking for work needed on their gas CH system.

Contacted Ian to do a boiler service in an empty house which turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated due to unforseen issues. Ian organised all work to be done to meet a tight deadline. Vey efficient and kept well formed of progress. Can highly recommend.

We contacted Ian regarding radiator replacements. Ian advised that we purchase our own choice radiators, which we did. After the radiators arrived, we then arrived at a suitable installation date with Ian. Ian installed the radiators professionally, efficiently and without any fuss. We would highly recommend Ian to anyone who requires any heating or plumbing jobs in the Moray area.

Ian was absolutely fantastic. I had a rapid loss of pressure in my new (less than a year old) boiler, and when I was let down by the company who installed it (they never called back after I called them twice), I called Ian on the recommendation of a friend he was installing a new boiler for. Ian responded immediately and was out to me within a couple of days. It turns out it wasn't the boiler, but a leaking pipe under the floor. I had to get someone to cut a hatch to access the pipe, but once he had access Ian had the problem sorted really quickly. The price was really reasonable considering it required multiple visits and investigations. Ian will be my first port of call for any and all boiler and heating needs in future.

Used Ian for the first time,after using previos engineers with little sucess.Turned up at appointed time was very efficient doing a thorough service on gas boiler.Will use him again without hessitation.Highly recommended.

Would totally recommend Ian Wood Boiler and Heating Services. Had an emergency call out for a problem with our boiler and he came within 5 minutes, detailed what the problem was, gave us an immediate quote and was back the very next day to fix it. Courteous, professional, honest and informative. Also gave us future recommendations for the maintenance of our heating system. Very pleased with the customer care and will use this company in the future.

Great service. Quick response time - 1 hr. Boiler fixed in 1 and half hours saving us £2K ! Straightforward. Also Ian was very tidy, didn't tread muck into the house and explained what he was doing as he went along. No hesitation recommending him to others in the Moray area. Mick & Gail, Buckie.

High praise from me to Ian Wood for his excellent communication and professionalism. I had hardly finished typing my enquiry on his website when he phoned me to arrange a service for my gas boiler. He attended when stated and carried the work out efficiently. He's a pleasant change from other plumbers in the area to can't be bothered to get back to you on your enquiry or who don't turn up when they say they will, and he will now be my go-to plumber and heating engineer.

Called Mr Wood to come and sort problem out he arrived when he said he would was extremely efficient, polite and fixed the problem, the service we are receiving after our boiler was installed is second to none we would highly recommend him to anyone.
