I wish I could rate less than 1 star, but that is not possible, this is the worse company to have ever existed, zebala service, incapable people working within, the agents and technicians have no clue what they are supposed to work with, this is honestly a joke of a company under the assumption "leading communications company".

As a Moroccan living abroad

As a Moroccan living abroad, I bought 2 cards with new numbers and 200 dh refill from the main telecom in Rabat. I just wanted to pay the cards and go home, but the girl behind the desk insisted in showing me and started asking questions that didn't have anything to do with my purchase. When I finally paid and went home, to my surprise I found just 1refill card. The girl kept 1 for herself. I then realized what all the diverting questions were for.

Worst experience ever

Sadly there's no way I could give less than a star as rating, The fastest thing this company can do, is to take money out of you, unqualified and impolite employees is something very usual, the code used in their MT mobile app is baked to work in the stone age caves since you can't even download your payment receipt, no ease of access the application is always down, I can't stop talking about the other lack of quality of services,anyway, "Maroc Telecom, pay now and try later"

Not satisfied with Etisalat Internet at…

Not satisfied with Etisalat Internet at all,i am paying for 4G but i'm receiveing 2G only,i raised several complaints to the call center and supervisor,unfortunately non of them could resolve or fix the issue.
I wouldn't recommande anyone to deal with due to very bad services.
Etisalat must work hard to upgrade its services,as new generation expect sth better instead.

Can't even get Fixed IP for free.

you need to pay double the price for a fixed ip, just simply don't recommend it, get orange instead or something, trash service, very very unprofessional people working on this greedy company, worst in the country believe me, not worth it.

Shameful

What happened is that after 20 years of being a customer, I can unfortunately say that this is one hell of a squanchy company.
You imagine that such a big/rich company would get its squanch together throughout the years.. but nope, squanchy service, squanchy customer care, squanchy prices.
The incompetence of its employees is in the image of the quality of its services,impressive!

Scam company

Scam company. i used to buy data online for my family in Morocco. They took my money and they claimed that my parents received the data. I tried to talk to them they lied to me and I was told that my problem will be solved in 24hours. their customer service is the worst . They don't care at all.

This is the worst WIFI experience I ever had. Maroctelecom are the F ing worst GOSH! I pay for 12MB and I only get 0. something every time I do a speedtest and on good days it only goes up to 2 or 3MB now that's F ing Crazy. I really hate the living hell out of them. for anyone thinking about getting their service please don't we don't need to keep feeding a horrible sh tty company like this money for a service they don't provide. I am really sick of them and will switch providers as soon as my contract is over. I hate Maroctelecom and its horrible service, burn down to the ground, even Hell isn't enough of a bad place to host such a company and its people Ugh!!! Die Die Die F ing Maroctelecom B tchs F you and F your service and F your F ing WIFI that sucks Dinosaurs D.
