This company has ripped off so many…

This company has ripped off so many people. I think everyone who has been scammed by iAlta.com should go to the social media accounts of the bank that iAlta used and demand your money back. #BBVA "I want my money back", They have just shared a post boasting a huge profit, so they can afford to pay you back your money. They really should have heard the alarm bells ringing when iAlta emptied their funds and closed their account. These banks are insured, so they can claim it back, in court if they have to. Bombard their social media. #BBVA "I want my money back"

My “Ialta” story

My “Ialta” story: they cheated on me too. I bought two batteries for about a thousand euros. the card payment was not accepted, only the bank transfer. This happened more than a month ago. For a month, the tracking on the parceltrans side went very slowly. Now it doesn’t go anymore and nothing is available. I filed a police complaint

Made an order on the 23rd of September

Made an order on the 23rd of September. Firstly the credit card was declined, made a bank transfer. Shipping info is shown only on their own site called parceltrans. Anywhere else no shipping reference or information of the package. The package was shown to be travelling across Europe very slowly. Eventually, they agreed to cancel the order and refund the order on the 21st of October. On the 25th of October, they said they are unable to refund due to the liquidity, but will refund in a weeks time. After that, they have stopped answering my emails. Anyone from Spain who can help with this? Or planning to take any actions?

not good

Hey guy. Some thing happened here and I have been trying to reached out and they stopped replying days ago. I was thinking about checking on with why the shipping is so slow and I came across all bad reviews up here. Anyone who wanted partner up with me and sue them in Spain? Contact me through +86 18600006801 International fees might charge a bit but it takes courage for me to travel across the globe and chop the ones who scammed my money's head off.

Stay away …

I also ordered goods and did not receive them. I have been waiting for the order for about a month and have always contacted them in writing. I was told I would get my money back but it didn't happen. In the last few emails I was told that the company had a lot of returns at the moment and that there was no money for repayments. I have now also reported the incident to the police and contacted the Spanish bank. I will probably not see the money again and would like to warn everyone against ordering goods. Incomprehensible that people are treated like that. Hopefully no one will order there and be harmed. I guarantee this review is based on my own experience.

I will update asap if anything chanded.

iALTA - avoid.

iALTA's website looks genuine. They even have their own review site with lots of 'satisfied customers'. But don't be fooled. Its all fakery & an elaborate con. iALTA advertise prices on their website which are too good to be true. That's because its a dodgy site. IALTA will accept your order & credit card details and email you a confirmation of your order. Its sounds legit. But this is just part of the con. After this they will send you another email to say their 'credit payment gateway has been unable to process your credit card details - so kindly arrange for payment of our invoice via bank transfer & we will dispatch your order. Thank you'. I was fortunate. I smelt a rat. I called my credit card provider & instructed them to make no payments & issue a replacement credit card - because I'd already provided he fraudsters with my card details. Be very careful. Its easy to be duped by these sophisticated scams. NEVER TRANSFER FUNDS BY BANK TRANSFER UNLESS YOU KNOW THE COMPANY IS GENUINE. Unfortunately if you make a payment to iALTA you will not see the goods you ordered or be able to get your money back.

watch out

same here. i was blended by the good prices did some checks before ordering and everything looked legit. now i am waiting since 3 weeks to get my order delivered (it was said it takes 4-5 days) but there are more and more doubts that this will ever happen. it is realy dubious. they told me i should receive it this week but was promissed again next week.

update: yesterday i wrote an email to the austrian federal economic chamber (as im austrian). they also have an office in madrid and they checked the shop and also said it must be fake so better watch out.

Total scam

I made an order on September 9th. I tried to pay via credit card but received a message that my payment could not be processed, so I transfered the money via bank transfer (on their request). I was promised to receive the goods second week of October at the latest, but nothing got delivered.
I asked for a refund and they told me it could take up to 10 business days. No money was ever refunded as expected. They are now claiming they have liquidity issues but will refund "the following days". Obviously this will not happen. I am surprised their "customer service" (with random names) still keeps answering my emails, while it is now obvious this company is a total scam.
Police has been informed, the receiving bank (Cajamar) has been informed, hosting company of the ialta website also informed, international subpoena request sent out via my lawyer.

Will update when more news and I hope the other people posting about similar bad experiences with ialta will do the same.

SCAM SITE!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered it from this site.
Of course, I checked the URL with the scam site checker before ordering on the site, but it did not hit.
The site looked very nice and didn't look like a scam site.
Later, I received the following email from this site.
"Thank you for your order!
Your items are in stock and available for dispatch.
However we are unable to start processing your order as our credit card processing gateway has refused to process your payment.
In order to continue with this purchase we require the payment by direct bank transfer.
In order to continue with this purchase we require the payment by direct bank transfer.
Please find the proforma invoice attached below. Once the payment is done please let us know so we can start processing your order.
The person in charge of the email said his name was Matt Kim.
It seems strange that they would make me send money directly to my bank account just because I couldn't pay with my credit card, right?
I tried to make a payment with several different credit cards, but I couldn't do it.
After that, I could not log in to the site.
I tried to contact them through the online chat on the site, but there was no reply.
This site is a scam.
I sincerely hope that no one will be fooled by it.

Feels incredibly suspect and scammy

I was shopping for a digital musical instrument and found their prices to be drastically lower than any other online retailer in the US. Happily provided my credit card details when completing my website order to only receive this email (excerpt): "However we are unable to start processing your order as our credit card processing gateway has refused to process your payment. In order to continue with this purchase we require the payment by direct bank transfer. Please find the proforma invoice attached below. Once the payment is done please let us know so we can start processing your order."
I spoke to my bank and they confirmed there was no issue with this transaction on my end. They also advised against doing the direct transfer due to increased risk. When I emailed IALTA to ask if I made a mistake in inputting my credit card details or if they can try again because I would not proceed with the bank transfer, they simply cancelled my order without any explanation. No bueno!! Never doing business with them and strongly recommend people consider the same just to be on the safe side.

I knew it must have been too good to be…

I knew it must have been too good to be true.
Tried calling the company for days with no success. So sent a message on their live chat to someone called john?
I asked if they could verify the company in an email and could someone actually call me.
I was told that this was not possible at the moment.
Glad I never went through with the purchase and it just didn’t feel legit.
