I have now been insured with IAK …
I have now been insured with IAK verzekeringen, who supply insurance for Philips employees, for more than 18 years. My experiences with IAK's customer service are extremely negative. The list is too long to mention here, from emails not being responded to promptly and correctly, mistakes not being corrected, and unhelpful and disrespectful customer service. I am currently waiting for an issue to be resolved which has now been dragging on for about 2 months. Last Friday someone who made an enquiry for me was kept on the line for 55 min. during which time he was put through from dept to dept, only to be told the people responsible are not there for the day. Avoid this company. Oh, and don't expect an apology from them ever.
