I am happy with the internet service speed and reliability but not very happy with their business tactics. When I signed up they had a "refer a friend" program which promised $25 off your first monthly bill. My friend referred me and I gave that info when I signed up and she never got her credit. Then my next door neighbor signed up and gave my referral and I never got the credit. This is about the principle and false advertising not the $25. Don't promise something you won't deliver!!
