I had a great time on the taster trip as a GK. I got to train with the team and the amazing GK trainers. I loved both campuses and the staff took us to so many games and tours. I highly recommend it.

This was my second ID camp and both camps were great.

To start with you learn all about what soccer academy and college life will be like in the UK if you get chosen to go as a player/student. You also get to hear all about the coaches professional experiences from playing soccer in the UK. Their experience then shows when it comes to the drills on the field.

The drills were excellent and a nice change from the coaching methods in the US. The coaches paid a lot of attention to us, were encouraging and offered suggestions on how to improve as players. They also gave some constructive criticisms as well. The coaches also allowed us to showcase our individual skills.

I learned a lot, worked hard, had fun and am glad I attended the camp.

Taster trip was outstanding for our son! Top notch training facilities and coaching. The i2i team was accommodating at every level and communication with us back in the states was thorough. Even took the players to a Champions League match. My son is excited to develop at i2i and study in the UK.

Taster trip was an amazing experience for me and the whole group made possible by all the great coaches and staff that are so knowledgeable about the game. I would 100% recommend.

The trip was fantastic. From the moment we got picked up at the airport until the day we got dropped off. The staff, coaches, and entire i2i family was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional. My daughter was able to practice multiple timeswith both teams at Northumbria, and at Leeds. We attended some really incredible soccer matches, at the youth level and at the professional level we were able to tour around each of the cities that we visited, a train trip to London and more! The entire environment and coaching mentality really created a space of community and developmental growth for soccer players wanting to improve and take their Soccer to the next level. I highly recommend i2i international soccer academy and I hope my daughter gets the opportunity to play for them.

i2i Taster Trip was an amazing experience for my son and I. It was 10 days filled with the greatest soccer training from ex-professional UK players. The i2i staff made sure the boys & girls players and parents were well taken care of between accommodations, transport, activities etc. The recruitment team was especially amazing having laid out a very busy day that made the most out of our visit, including training, team bonding, pro games, etc. This is a very reputable program aligned with 2 very high standard academic Universities at Northumbria and Leeds Beckett. I highly recommend it.

After attending 2 ID camps in NJ last year and this year for i2i we decided to sign our junior HS son, Joey-GK, up for the taster trip so he can learn more about the program, meet the coaches, the team and see both universities- Northumbria University and Leeds Beckett University. He had the most amazing experience and trip. I2i organized training every day, tours, premier league soccer/football games and overall memorable experiences. Corey, Jaime, James, Sam, Orrin. Hannah and all the GK coaches and trainers made each and every player (and parent) feel so important and appreciated. They run a state of the art program! I also loved the professional pictures and recap videos each day. Priceless. They have a whole talented team creating the most unforgettable trip and experience for your player. My son did not stop smiling he was so happy. I would recommend signing up to everyone. My son loved both campuses and both teams - if he gets an offer it will be a very hard decision to make and we would fully support and encourage him attending school in England and being apart of the i2i family.

The coaches are phenomenal and everything you experience it’s absolutely amazing. My entire group wished we could’ve gone for a month it was just so fun. the coaches put so much effort and time into developing you as a player and as a person and that is just great to see. I would 100% go back.

The process from recruitment to moving into his dorm could not have been more seamless! The academy is truly spectacular in every way and the support from the university is more than we could have ever imagined.

We have been very impressed with this program from day one. The coaches and administrators are communicative and really care about the kids and parents. My son is growing as a player and a »adult ». Very serious practices. He has made some great friends already and is feeling comfortable in his environment. The training is designed to make sure they amp up slowly so as not to get hurt in games. They also have meetings to check on him to make sure he is doing well in school and not homesick- the support is great. The social media team sends great pics often and we can stream all the games. The level of play and training is quite impressive- he will surely be the best soccer player he can be at the end of this program.

We’re a military family, stationed overseas. Our soccer player son has been playing primarily in Germany since he was 4 yrs old. Because he has always loved to play, we have had our fair share of navigating many soccer academy programs. Because we move around so much, it was difficult when it came time for him to decide what he wanted to do with higher education that also allowed him to continue to play and work towards a professional contract as well. Coming back from a 10 Day taster with i2i was all it took. He is now committed and has been playing for the 2025/2026 season and loving it. From the facilities to the coaching i2i has facilitated a tremendously positive, team forward environment. The international student aspects were daunting but their staff were there to help us with every step along the way. Truly a supportive organization, from start to finish.

The program is very caring and helps you excel as a footballer. With professional coaches keeping up the standard and the levels of training. I would recommend i2i if you seek to bring your game to the next level!

I love everything about the academy in Leeds. The facilities and coaching staff are amazing and i haven’t regretted anything about my choices.

Ever since our 1st interaction with the i2i Academy when my son was a Junior in high school, he knew he wanted to attend. They kept in touch and we attended an ID clinic and the taster trip this past March. They helped us every step of the enrollment process, which was a great help. This is my 1st child going away to college, so that in itself is already stressful. The fact that it is overseas adds an extra layer, but the coaches have eased my mind and I know my son is in great hands. The campus is beautiful and safe and I believe he will have a great experience!

Our son is attending the program for college at Leeds Beckett university. Although it is bitter sweet to have our boy so far from us, I know he is in good hands while pursuing his dreams. The campus is safe, beautiful and there are many coaches, professors and support staff to help succeed. Wish this opportunity had been around when I was in college!

Great organizational leaders who care about the young person beyond soccer. They care and prioritize their growth and achievements in academics and as people. The team is open, helpful and kind. The coaches have been great to talk to and have a positive energy that resonates! The campus is beautiful and facilities are world class. Very happy with our decision.

I am just now leaving my son in Leeds for his first year with i2i. He completed the summer program before his senior year of high school and knew right away he would be returning. This team and coaches will take his "football" to an amazing next level. When they say they are one big family, they mean it. The coaches and recruiters have been nothing but amazing and have made this transition so much easier for me. It was not easy leaving my son in another country, but I know i2i will be there for him and he is following his dreams. Try a taster trip or the summer program and you will not be disappointed.

Michael Ingham is one of the greatest goalkeeper coaches who I've had the honor to learn from. Not only does he teach us the beauty of Goalkeeping but also teaches us life lessons along the way. The STANDARDS the i2i academy upholds is spectacular. One of the greatest academies provided in York.
