There is an amazing store on 95 CORSO SICIIA STREET where GIOVANNI and FEDERICA work. They are patient and attentive and the service is provided with a smile and courtesy. Especially recommended for non-Italian speaking tourists.

Wind tre internet e molto male, hanno grande problemmi con la rete e copertura. Ho problemmi da 1 mesa e 3 settimane e loro hanno fato un grande ****. Sono molti incompetenti chi si occupa con l'antenne. Stati lontano da loro. Ci sonno altri miglori operatori dove pagi meno per piu meglio qualita. Sono arabiato che ho dovuto canciare con wind.

Wind internet has got big problems with the rate and cover. I had problems for over 1 month and a half and these animals are so lazy they dont even give their interest. Incompetent fools who got no idea how to repair a problem. They want your money, they even rob you (legaly they say) if they can but they dont offer the service for the money they ask for. Stay away ! There are better operators with much better quality and a lower price also. I'm sad that i had to start with wind.

Up until last Friday I had no complaints about Wind, unlike its rival Tim which seems to have made scamming customers an art form. But last Friday I topped-up my telefonino with 5 euros and got... a 4 euros credit and 24 hours unlimited internet (which I didn't want or need). So, Wind has decided to stoop as low as Tim to rake in some extra cash. Word to the wise: beware the 5 and 10 euro top-ups ("ricarica speciale"), from now on you only get 4 or 9 euros credit.

I wish their have 0 so I can just put 0 for the review. Its the worst mobile company I ever used in Italy. They cheat you and take your money no matter what. I lost 50 euro for all the problem with them, and their service is the most terrible service ever. DONT EVER USE THEM, PLEASE LISTEN TO A REAL VICTIM.

Really, really terrible, with systems seemingly designed to avoid resolving problems. We are without phone service for 4 months. I think this might be the worst company we have encountered. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU ARE SOME KIND OF MASOCHIST. Obviously we shall cancel. It’s hard to believe that in 2019 companies like this operate.

Disgusting company. Promised one deal before SIM activation and within 1 month the deal completely changes so €40 wasted for only 1 month of data. Appalling service on Facebook and tried calling but to no prevail. Despicable company. Will never use the company or and linked companies again! Should be shut down.

+ Good coverage area. High & stable speed in the Northern Italy.
- They charge you backdating. Even if you have not use the SIM. You should turn off all the services/subscriptions and find the plan without a regular payment (Wind Basic or something like this, check wind.it). Otherwise, you will lose your money and all your claims will be rejected.

Probably the worst experience you can have with a service company. They want us to pay for a service that was closed, without providing any bill or invoice of any sort. The customer service is either non existent or rude. IF you have a problem dont expect to get a call back from them until two days later on their own terms.?

Really bad experience with shop employees and CS! Misleading informations, slow internet speed, bad services, not providing what is stipulated in the contract, lies, in one word... CHEATERS! In shop you'll get one piece of info, if you call CS you'll find another! I was said, in the shop, that after I change my paying method from postal bill to bank account I can get my deposit back, I chatted with WIND and was told that I can get my money back just after I close the contract with them or move to another operator, of course on my expenses! Time and nerve consuming. Save energy and don't use WIND!

Such a bad service! They advertise Fiber for a specific speed, check your address say it will be there and you end up with speed 4 times smaller but pay the plan in full and tell you that if you are not happy you can cancel your plan but not before paying the fee. Their store are saying one thing their CS another! Misleading, slow service I regret ever signing with them!

They stole my money! And stopped my phone from working even though I have paid for the plan in advance in full! And their Customer Service will not reply to me. Worst phone company ever!

She said 2 hours and an SMS would arrive but it never happened. 20 eur wasted. Do not go here !

Heard similar experience from others.

I have been trying to get in contact with WIND.IT on Facebook for over a month but besides a few messages like "We will look into that" and "Please provide a cell number" I do NOT get any help. And now my Wind internet has been out of order for more than a month!
