Great customer service and high quality products
I had an issue with the delivery of my order because I only received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. It was obvious that my package had been tempered with during shipping, I reached out to the support team and provided pictures and they immediately took action. They submitted the claim to the shipping company on my behalf and received a refund for my items from the shipper and the support team reshipped my items promptly. This was not the first time I ordered from them, previous orders were received without incident and the quality of the research items are high quality. That along with their diligent and friendly support staff is why I recommend Hyte Research, you won’t be disappointed.
