Excellent personable customer service from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough! I was kept up to date with everything from receiving my order to it being despatched. Most important though is the high quality diffuser I received. The fragrance fills my room with the most gorgeous smell. Thankyou so much hypothesisone!!

Really lovely product. I was recommended this product by a friend and have since I brought three of the diffusers, I have been amazed at how long the scent last. Room smells fresh for months. Packaging is stylish and delivery is fast. I also received samples for pillow mist which was lovely. I would like to try a room most next as Hypothesis One fragrances are so fresh and clean as opposed to the often musky ones available from elsewhere

I have purchased 3 reed diffusers, one from each of the collections - Lychee & Peony, Spiced Pumpkin and Rose. As well as a chamomile and Lavender pillow mists.

The product quality is exceptional and they last a lot longer than some of the cheaper alternatives available. I have had lots of comments from friends and family on the beautiful scents. The spiced pumpkin was the one that caught the most attention and I would love this to become part of the normal range!

Delivery is prompt and the packaging is superb, it really feels like you get a designer delivery at an affordable price. It would make an excellent gift.

Have ordered a few diffusers and they are fab. My daughter’s vanilla diffuser is still going strong from Christmas. Excellent quality products, long lasting and gorgeous fragrances!

Can’t recommend Hypothesisone enough!! So about a month ago I got a reed diffuser in scent Lychee and Peony and I can honestly say I have been blown away. The soft floral notes of Peony are so well balanced with the sweet and fruitiness of the Lychee. It’s such a refreshing scent that really does fill the whole room with its luxurious aroma, it’s definitely a spring to summer scent which is perfect for these warmer seasons. The smell is just as strong as the day I opened it. Can’t recommend enough and also the owners over at Hypothesisone are honestly some of the kindest people I’ve ever met so if you have any questions drop them a message and I’m sure they’ll be happy to help

The nearest products to Jo Malone on the market! There's no compromise on the lasting smell throughout your home, aesthetically they look high end and highly recommend on all levels.
