Amazing product! Also when it comes to price-performance ratio. We are very happy with the mattress as well as the pillow.

Even though there was a quality issue with my order, it has been quickly resolved. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Because of them changing the delivery date I had to cancel my mattress. Can't believe how hard it is to get my money back .I'm getting different excuses from them .iv rang them and even get told it is being sent today that was last week .now they replied to email saying things are going slow .

Got an ordered mattress quickly, so far sleeping experience is great!

I bought the mattress over a month in advance and paid for the comfort delivery service to guarantee a specific delivery date and time. On the day of delivery, I went to check on the tracking of the order, and it hadn't even been dealt with. When I rang customer services, they told me that the mattress was out of stock. There was not a single message or contact informing me of the problem, apart from the fact that I spent the whole morning waiting for a supposed delivery. Let's see how the refund process goes. I'll certainly never buy anything here again.

My entire experience with Hypnia was excellent. I mean from ordering the mattress to getting it delivered to my apartment - very professional! The mattress comes in a box (vacuum sealed, compressed and rolled). It is recommended to air the mattress once out of the box.

About the mattress: I was looking for a new mattress which is firm and not too soft and Hypnia was the right choice for me. I mean I was a bit skeptical to order a mattress online, but the great reviews and nice product description was enough to convince me to buy it.

The mattress is perfect. It's firm but not too hard, great for the back and lower back. I'm very happy with the purchase and I can recommend anyone who's looking to buy a mattress to go for it. Don't think twice!

Excellent customer care experience. Got a response the day after I emailed them to ask about a switch on my mattress. There was nothing wrong with the mattress, we just wanted to try something softer. Which is now on the way!

Spent almost a thousand for a mattress and we received the mattress with rust stains. Do not believe these comments. 0 customer care. I tried to contact with them but failed. Good luck!

Delivery was very quick. The mattress is so comfy, I do not want to leave my bed 😌

Spent over 2 months now trying to get a new mattress or otherwise as part of their "guarantee" - do not trust this company, they will repeatedly say it doesn't meet the definition for their guarantee even with a tape measure in the photo.

Absolute shameless, will have to take legal action to enforce a 15 year guarantee, after parts of the mattress are unusable after just 3 years!

Unless you want to buy a new mattress every 3 years, or make a small claims court claim every 3 years, then just buy from a better company.

Having to use pillows to make the mattress sleepable on as you just end up in a massive condensed gap in the mattress which takes hours to rebound.

Requested company is added to Resolver to resolve the dispute without having to pay for a court fee (which is next step) so if others have similar problems and see this try Resolver.

Super easy purchase, mattress arrived faster than the estimated delivery which was a pleasant surprise. We got the Supreme Wellness mattress and it was perfect to sleep on straight out of the box. All round one of the smoothest mattress purchases I've ever made.
