I pay for my subscription every month (€9,99) and the other day I was planning on using the app and found out my account did not have a PRO subscription anymore, all while I am still actively paying every month through apple. I reached out for costumer support, but they have not get back to me yet. Please resolve this issue and refund my 9,99!!

It used to be great as it was free. Now I'm expected to pay £8/month or £60/year for an app I use occasionally.
Please remove all the VIP features and make it free again.
