TRAVIS IS THE GOAT
Travis gave me excellente service. Guided me through a lot of things with good explanations. I also have a 14th gen processor which is relatively new to tweak with but he still gave his best to give me the max performance.

The smoothest my VAL has ever felt...
The feeling of VAL after this optimization was night and day.
Before, I suffered with random stutters, fps drops and VAL just didn't feel clean.
After the optimization all latency stats were reduced, FPS was increased but the best part was how the game felt.
Instant hit-reg, smooth 1:1 feeling when turning and no more FPS issues.
And I've deep dived into optimizations on google, youtube, random forums -- I've even had it optimized by someone on twitter before.
So I thought there wouldn't be much stuff that I hadn't seen or tried before...
Well, I was wrong.
The optimization is so in-depth, tweaking things I've never even heard of and the technician answers any questions or concerns and it's all tailored specifically for your parts.
Couldn't recommend them more.

The crispest feeling Valorant…
The crispest feeling Valorant experience I've ever had.
I got boosts in FPS, but that doesn't really bother me.
It's no good having an extra 100 or 200 FPS if your FPS is spiking it's going to feel sloppy.
But that wasn't the case.
The FPS felt ultra-stable making flicks feel clean and mouse inputs crisp.
And when I actually killed bots?
Instant hit-registration.

Good service + Good optimization
I bought the full optimization package, but my pc couldn't do the bios optimization that was in the full optimization package. So without any problems/discussion they instantly told me they'd refund half of my money and after an hour or so I received it. Good service + good optimization.
