Poor quality board and zero customer service
I bought a Hyperlite Aries Lisa Baloo Signature Cable Wakeboard, I had it for less than 2 weeks, went 3 times to the cable park and it split. I have tried to contact Hyperlite 7 times since 19th June, I have received several automated emails stating a member of the 'team' will be in touch within 48-72 hours and to date, I haven't received a single response.
Poor quality product that was clearly defected on purchase, no customer service. Very disappointing all round, and very disappointing that Hyperlite are happy with this quality and that Lisa Baloo has put her name to it.
