I received the steampunk glasses in perfect condition. They arrived sooner than expected and they are well designed.

Never again!! Bad Service! I sent back a pair of Leggings wich where to small, but they refused any refund, because i couldnt proof that I sent the package away! So I spent 14.95 for the item and 7,- for the return shipping for nothing! Instead of refunding 14.95 they rather discuss with 100 emails and make their customers angry. Well at least I can warn someone ..so it wasnt for nothing maybe.

Don't order from them, it's a scam.They did not ship my order. And i can't get my money back!!!!

The leggings i ordered are a shame for clothes! I received something that should cost MAXIMUM 2$, but i thought the quality is superior than other shops. Guess what: after my first 10 minutes of wearing it, the seam broke. Awful experience, i don't recommend to enyone. I will write them to give my money back. Is not posible to sell so low quality items!

5 stars as they are being responsible due to an item i didn't received and they are going to change it for another one.

I purchased a sweatshirt from this company’s website and after 3 weeks I received a notice that my item had shipped and I was given a tracking number. When I clicked on the tracking number it said that no info was available. I contacted the company which gave me an estimated shipping date of another month. All this would be fine, things get delayed, however, I was charged for the item and was told that I couldn’t get a refund because it had already shipped (even though they had told me in a previous email that it was not shipping for a month. So basically I’ve been charged for an item that I never received.

I had my first experience buying a sunglass and it was amazing how fast it arrived considering I'm from Brazil. About the product, it is exactly like the pictures.

For sure I'm going to buy new itens in this store.

I orders a couple of warm tights, and i can't believe how fast they shipped them, and how fast they actually arrived. The tights are super warm and comfy. I recommend the store to anyone, they are a real deal, i love it. They are also really easy to communicate with and reply within minutes.

After ordering some new shades, I had problems with my local post service and didn't get what I wanted. Because it was already paid with PayPal I contact the guys from hyperionstore to help me out. They respond very quick and made everything possible to send me some new ones free of charge. Now I got them and I am super happy - with that more than good working service and of course with my delivery.

Amazing company. Ordered a bunch of sunglasses and they all came great ! I had one incident where they sent the wrong glasses . They problem solved by sending me the pair I wanted and even allowed me to keep the pair that was wrong. It has been a great experience and I will definitely be shopping again with you guys.😊

I stumbled upon Hyperion by accident on the internet. They were selling these cool steampunk-inspired glasses, so I ordered one pair. It took a bit of time for the product to arrive, but that was no problem since their customer services team is very proactive and always available for any inquiry I had. Five stars for me and keep it up.
