Bought this box to replace my old one which "died" a few days ago, yes right in the run-up to Christmas, ordered on Saturday night and arrived in Northern Ireland Thursday which is really good considering the demands on Royal Mail this week.
Cheaper than original box and free delivery, many companies should take a look at that as some charge £5-£10 p+p!!

De Dre I Beats, ordered off Groupon originally and they overfilled orders so over a month later found out they were out of stock, found them here slightly cheaper and free delivery, quick easy service ... Very happy after a big let down.

I recently purchased a battery for my Samsung galaxy note, having read reviews that hyper direct were a good service to use and specifically when researching the product, I looked for a next day guaranteed service.
So I placed my order just after 345pm and selected next day guaranteed and paid 6.99 for the privilege. I checked whether there were any cut off restrictions but it highlighted that this was guaranteed the next working day and there were no such restrictions. It only referred to a cut off of 3pm within the standard delivery charges and that if you ordered after that time you should start to count the working days after the next day. Specifically the timings did not relate to guaranteed next day.
I never received the package, in fact I still haven't as I ordered it Monday and it was attempted to be delivered Wednesday afternoon when I was out so I need to now collect it from a depot!
I sent an email to their customer services team and was spoken to quite abruptly, they had no desire to help and informed me that they do put it on their website and that they expect for customers to continually be updated throughout the ordering service. Not courteous apology, not even a hint of good customer service and a very disengaged employee who clearly didn't care about it at all.
I'll never order from them again and when I eventually receive the product I'll be requesting a refund.

I have no complaints my item came fast and well packaged no hassle just a few clicks and 2 days later so I'm very happy
