I purchased a Lifetime Deal (LTD) for an unlimited hosting package. I have purchased the same from other companies and I have found Hyper Host to be far superior in service to the others I have tried. The Hosting Platform performs well in testing.

I had bought a lifetime deal on dealify. I redeemed my codes immediately; a password was never sent or any communication from you arrived in my inbox.
I wrote you two emails to help me get this sorted and nothing happened.
Today I found a bill in my inbox for £19 per month for the windows plan which I never signed up to. I assumed an account was created in my name, so I went to reset the password, and it worked. I was in an account I never received login details for, in the wrong package, and getting a debt I never agreed to.
I requested the wordpress ltd plan. I am not receiving responses from you. You are using my details to create invoices for services I never agreed to, and I am still not getting what I paid for. Not even a decent response in trust pilot? This company is a joke! Total scam

What is wrong with you?

I tried out hyper.host for hosting my WordPress websites. It was a nightmare! The migrations were a mess and the migrated and new WordPress websites I set up on hyper.host wouldn't work. Just glitch after glitch, error after error. I gladly went back to Hostinger. Hyper.host is not for you if you're serious about having reliable WordPress hosting.

They do not support properly, more than 1 month with an open ticket and no response so far.

This unlimited purchase business is a bust. I ended up hurting myself because of this company. Stay away from this hosting company.

I bought the Lifetime deal over a month ago (05/11/22) and so far I am happy with their hosting service and their customer service. I moved 10 of my small websites to their platform and they have worked diligently on my tickets and have been extremely helpful whenever an issue appeared that was outside of my control. Their CP has almost all the features you need to run your business website but the reason I give 4 stars is because their CP is a little bit clunky and I did have a few issues that I haven't had before with other providers but they were prompt to reply and work on most of them. I just hope they stay in business for a while and this is not part of a pyramid scheme where they take the money and run away afterwards due to not being able to cover overhead expenses. I will change my reveal (hopefully to a 5 star) in the future as I have more experience with their platform.

I am happy to purchase Hyperhost. Its very easy to use and fast also.
I just want to know I am using 10 website package can I upgrade this to Unlimited one. Please help

I bought a WordPress host from Hyper.host a while back, but I wasn't sure about the quality of their hosting and support because their prices are extremely reasonable. I set up a test website, and to my surprise, the performance is better than my own cloud hosting, which is amazing. A couple of days ago, I had a question about the hosting, and they answered within hours. They resolved my problem and overall I recommend them for both development and personal use. Great service!

Very decent service, quick reply and support

I've been using Hyper Host since its first steps back in 2018 and so far, I can only say that I'm doing great. Freedom of action with all the websites I have hosted with them and no problems in the continuity of the service.

Yes those are strong words but if you know the hours, days, weeks & months of issues and incompetence & ultimately loss I've suffered you would know that I'm being very kind...

I'll stop right there, I'm tempted to vent but that won't get the attention of the company - because as others have said, the support is either useless or absent.

So this my friend is for those of you thinking you'll get a good deal and just wanted to read through some reviews for peace of mind.

BE WARNED - pay another company whatever it takes and forget you ever heard about Hyper.Host.

I bought a lifetime unlimited package, and after I bought it I found out that it wasn't the right package (it was Linux, instead of WordPress). Tech support was fast to respond and super-helpful and they converted the package at no extra charge. Since then, I have been building staging sites there and all has gone really smoothly. I'm very happy that I bought this hosting - it means I will be able to close out my other three hosting companies, and pay far less for faster sites.

Hyper Host tech support have been extremely helpful in getting my problems resolved

I am migrating all my websites to Hyper Host and it has been a great success. I have the Unlimited Webs plan for Wordpress and one of the great advantages is the no need for plugins like WP Rocket or services like Cloudflare. In addition, the prices are very competitive.

Without a doubt, highly recommended.

From my personal experience, Hyper.Host is superfast and very reliable. They are also generous with their plan - unlimited everything!

Their CPanel is simple and easy to use with no learning curve. I used to use a regular CPanel from other hosts, once I switched to Hyper.Host CPanel, I would never want to go back to a regular CPanel.

Their support is superb. Hyper.Host has always been there to help me. They don't just give suggestions, they come up with optimized solutions I feel truly supported by them. I have never experienced such an amazing level of support.

After being with Hyper.Host for a while, I have decided to cancel subscriptions with other hosts. Hyper.Host is now my go-to host for all my websites.

I have a ticket old as 1 month. I sent in between several emails from me, but absolutely no answer.

Even if you ask on their main page on the chat. No one! This company seems dead!

This company is NOT GOOD for business, as you can't count on their support at all.

It is NOT TRUE that this is unusual and that your support is very responsive. I'm with you since more than a year now, and this is happening EVERY TIME! I told you soooo many times that this is not normal! I have to chase you for weeks before getting an answer and if you react is because I write a review, which is a shame. Your platform is great, but your support is absolutely crap. And for a company, this is not viable. Maybe this is because I have a lifetime deal with you and I'm therefore not an interesting customer anymore? Not correct. Concerning my tickets numbers, I sent them already several times on your helpdesk interface. So you already have them. But here they are again 861564000 (8 days without answer) and 859644000 (60 days without answer!!!)

Sept-06th-2022: 3 days later... still absolutely NO SUPPORT !

Loading speed for my website was fast. Migration from old hosting service to hyperhost is seamless. Support is on-point and excellent.
