Stay away from this joke company unless you are doing work on these computers that you truly don't care about.

This was a non-serious response. You did send multiple notices that I didn't read because I was waiting for money to move around and was not ready to pay yet. The subjects said something like "payment notice" but did not mention anything like "warning of data loss". It is true that I didn't open the emails and read them immediately, however being able to point to lazy behavior on the part of another does not in any way excuse your bad behavior.
This seems to be a difficult concept for you so I will give you an analogy that clarifies. If someone owes you money and you have a gun pointed at their two-year-old's head, then sending several messages to the person that owes you money over a week or two does not justify your choice to pull the trigger and blow the two-year-old's brains out. In this case, assuming that the person is using your computer offering to host something of significant value, the company IP stored on the computer is the two-year-old.
As it is, you are offering the service of providing computers only to people who don't need the contents of the computers, which is ok for a few specialized use cases, like hosts for a deployed Apache server, but completely useless for general compute use cases.
You wrote:

The customer privacy argument is ridiculous and non-sensical, as in not having a "we will kill your business" deadline that is longer than 7 days is irrelevant to privacy concerns. With respect to operational capacity, if you think that a computer from a customer that has used your service for over a year will cost too much in CapEx depreciation after 7 days downtime for you to even consider the possibility of not turning your customer into a mortal enemy for life, then I don't know what to tell you. A Hyonix employee is someone who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing.

Their service and support is top notch
Their service and support is top notch. Plus their options of hardware specs and prices are really good. I've recently upgraded twice and both times they were done quickly with no issues. Since I trade futures and forex, they also did the upgrades on weekends for me.
Currently I'm running 2 MT4 terminals, 6 MT5 terminals. I highly recommend using their servers.

I have been using Hyonix for over a year and this month I had a horrible problem with the platform, the system started to crash a lot, and last Monday, I was in gold operations that had been dragging on for a few days, I went to exit a sell order the server crashed when I clicked and when it returned my buy order was closed causing the loss of over 2 thousand dollars, I contacted the company's support asking how we could solve this problem, they immediately threw 100% of the blame on me, saying that my connection caused their connection to crash at a crucial moment in my operations, I was very shaken because it was the only capital I had to trade, I asked them for a few free months until I got back on my feet and once again my request was denied, horrible experience with this HYONIX platform I do not recommend and if I could go back I would not have rented this bad server to do my work

They have the fastest support.
The service was above and beyond expectations. I felt like the employee was genuinely interested in solving the problem, not just performing a duty. I've never had a problem that took longer than ten minutes to resolve.
Especially if you have the employee Tai Bui, he is very dedicated to his work, quick to respond, and friendly, even though he is behind the keyboard.

5 Start VPS provider!
Great company. I've bought my fair share of VPS's from providers over a decade plus. Some companies do manaul stuff still in today's age which is just wild wait a day or longer fore a provision. Hyonix has things done right. You pretty much get an instant provision of a VPS. And the best part is they are damn fast. For a fraction of the cost of the big players. Support replies very quickly also. Since starting with them I've bought a 2nd location I needed. I easily foresee buying more servers from them as time goes by.

I have been a customer of Hyonix since late 2021 and I have been completely satisfied with their uptime, response time, customer service and compromising their business for their own customer's situation. They gave me over 100 GB of extra storage for an upgraded cost because I didn't have the money at the time. This allowed me to build a business and never stop what I was doing as a young solo developer. I am writing this review because it was the last day I am using their service because I am moving to Linux based hosting. I would like to thank the dedicated people over at Hyonix to their customers. Hyonix will jump on to fix the issue you have
Hypnoix customer service is great. I had issue with internet connection and it kept dropping on its own, and Hyonix was able to troubleshoot and upgrade my server and now the issue is completely gone.
I'm a very satisfied customer now and will continue to use their service.

I've been using a server hosted by Hyonix for almost a year now, after a recommendation from a friend. Zero problems so far, everything works great. I appreciate the fact that the dashboard has everything covered so you don't need to contact support if you mess something up, like I did with the network controller settings. Fortunately, there's a way to reset it with a single button. Neat!
On the off chance you can't get out of trouble without support, they're responsive and helpful, that's another massive plus!
