As an English speaking person in France, which can sometimes be challenging when enquiring about products or specific builds, it was honestly such a pleasant and frictionless experience from enquiry to delivery with Nicolas and the Hyla team. I wanted a specific motherboard ( an adjustment to one of their beautiful builds ), I reached out on Instagram and had a reply within hours! In English! They requested my username and created the modified build for me in my cart so that I could checkout. They were extremely helpful from the onset. Communication was constant throughout the build and testing process right the way through to when I received it. I’ve owned a lot to high-end systems in my life, but truthfully nothing compares to the quality and design of the build I received. It is impeccably put together and runs better than I could ever have expected. For a system that could run quite hot, it’s virtually silent ( I compared to systems of friends with similar specs and thus runs so much cooler ). You will not be disappointed with the product or service you receive from Nicolas and Hylæ. They have a customer for life after my experience. 5 Stars!
