Very good!

I have an auto on/off aquarium light from Hygger that I absolutely love, and have been using for about a year and a half now. Recently the power cord went out on it, and after a quick email they sent me a replacement cord completely free of any charge and hassle. Their customer service is truly fantastic! I’ll be buying more from them for sure.

Very pleased with the Hygger products

We have purchased two of Hygger's products for our growing fish aquarium collection and are very pleased with the integrity of the products. The cost is affordable and the customer service is terrific and responsive. We will continue to purchase from this company!

Broken valve

Ordered a hygger python... Which is a life save, unfortunately one of the valves broke, after a quick couple emails I received a new one. Excellent customer service and producta.

I own two Hygger filters

I own two Hygger filters, and while I’m generally happy with the brand, the HG108-8W Hang-on-back Canister Filter didn’t meet my expectations. Even though it’s rated 8W for larger tanks, its flow feels weaker than my HG150-6W (6W) backpack filter. I even ran them together in the same tank, and the 6W filter was noticeably stronger.

I’m not saying Hygger filters are bad overall — I just had an issue with this specific model and wanted to share my experience. Hopefully, this feedback helps others, and maybe the company can clarify if my unit is defective.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hello, This is a Review for the customer service for Hygger products. this company does take care of their customers. I have always purchased Hygger products and they have been excellent with the product and customer service. I just got helped with Tammy at the customer service team and she was outstanding and responded to my email in just hours to what i needed. You guys are the best and because of it, I will always recommend your products and buy products you. Thank you Tammy

I have two lights and about to get a third.

I have a 36 inch day night plant light strip style and a plant pro 100 for my rimless tank. Love them both. Plants grow great and the string lights bring out the greens very well. I’m about to buy a second plant pro 100 I love the first one so much.

Works well when installed properly

After giving a poor review, I was contacted by Emma at Hygger, asking for more details on the severe inaccuracy I was experiencing. During the ongoing checks & suggestions, I moved the heater from its spot near the return pump inlet to below the overflow return outlet (very high flows). That resolved most of the issues. It seems that a strong "push" flow around the heater works much better than a low "pull" flow. The heater is working more or less properly, sufficient for my needs. Now let's hope it lasts a bit longer than the first Hygger 500W (which lasted only 2yrs before the built-in probe gave a fatal error code)

This was my first time ordering from…

This was my first time ordering from Hygger, had got myself a hygger 5-in-1 electric aquarium gravel cleaner, which had arrived badly taped and parts of the device is broken. Unable to use, I emailed their customer service and asked for a spare part since it had arrived, it's been almost two months since the email, with no tracking number and only an apology email with a 15% discount code. Would not recommend unless you like to be scammed by this company.

My heating sounded an alarm, I didn't know how to deal with it. The customer service asked me about the detailesand replaced me with a new one. These were completed within 2 days. Thank you very much

This company is a junk dealer

This company is a junk dealer. Do not purchase expecting help with issues. I own a lfs in KY and have trashed all my Hygger products as a loss do to NO customer service help with faulty equipment and i will not let my customers go through this bs with no help...do not further this chinese owned trash dealer. Took a 10,000.00 dollar loss do to this shit

Have purchased three of the Hygger Auto…

Have purchased three of the Hygger Auto On Off 30-36 Inch LED Aquarium Light Extendable Dimable 7 Colors Full Spectrum Light Fixture for Freshwater Planted Tank with Build in Timer Sunrise Sunset. Have had replace two of the power converters over three years. Other wise they work effectively. Will order the Hygger Auto On Off 48-55 Inch LED Aquarium Light for another tank.

Hugger sent out a product with all the…proper address yet again

Hugger sent out a product with all the appropriate information. Fed Ex did not deliver that product to my address. When I called Fed Ex they were rude and offered no resolution. Were adamant that the shipper errored. I sent Hugger a detailed email regarding their lack of concern or even an investigation. Hugger contacted myself. Via email and assured they would send me another pump. They did through Fed Ex again no the less. It was delivered to me this past Saturday. Hats off to the Hugger Company for making good and satisfying a disappointing circumstance. Their customer service goes above and beyond

Purchased hygger heater through Amazon…

Purchased hygger heater through Amazon in 2023 the heater is good but the suction cups to attach heater to glass stopped keeping heater where it was fixed. Reached out to customer services, received reply saying could be supplied at a cost of 8 dollars. In England we don't use dollars it's pound sterling. Replied to this and answer came back i can pay by pay pal and had to send a screenshot of transaction. Surely a company of reputation does not need this. Advised hygger team i did not have or require a pay pal account.Then reply came back pay by bank transfer still requesting screenshot. Surely this is not a satisfactory way to deal with customers
