I did not receive my package and did not receive any shipping information. When I emailed and chatted no one responded

We are very sorry for the delay and your bad experience. When you placed your order, there were three days of national strikes here in Belgium, which caused your package to leave a few days later than planned.

Since it’s an international shipment from Belgium to the USA, it’s possible that your package is still in transit. I’ve already sent you the tracking link earlier in the chat, but due to this busy period we’re not always able to respond immediately.

The experience with hyggekids.be was…

The experience with hyggekids.be was okay. They had the products I needed that weren't available elsewhere, which was helpful. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was nicely done, similar to little gifts. Service was satisfactory.

Such a great experience

Such a great experience, they had the products that were out of stock everywhere else, so very grateful to have found this store. The shipping delivery was in record time. The order was packed so beautifully as little individually wrapped gift. Felt like Christmas came early.
