Hi before I mention the bikes, I would like to offer my thanks and praise for the people at Hygge. I recently upgraded my Virum fo a new Losso this was dealt with by Andrea, who was excellent in all respects, from initial enquiry right through to delivery. Alos Josh assisted ne with a small problem with the new Losso, the front light did not work. A new one was sent out in a timely manner and Josh was approachable and knowledgeable.
Now the new bike, i had previously owned a virum and done 3800 miles on my commute in around 10 months, The virum is a great bike and never gave me any problems, but I was tempted by the extra punch of the 48v Losso as I Live in Wales. The new bike is excellent and offers greater punch on inclines, a word of advice for new owners when climbing change down and increase cadence, I was a pusher and have had to adapt to a more spinning style as this suites the motor better. Other than that the Hygge Losso is a great 5 star product and excellent value for money.

About the purchase experience: it went great through Decathlon.fr, discounted price, fast delivery... but the bikes arrived without identification tag and certificate. The team was very nice, communicative and reactive, however I had to chase them and it took nearly 3 months to get the tags... Product is great, powerful, elegant design, easy to use on all types of tracks, great equipment (Bluetooth for navigation, integrated stop light...), however slightly heavier than competitors' models.

We brought a Hygge Nivo electric bike the other day. The bike is fantastic and easy to set up and ride. Came with free phone holder and lock as well. Highly recommend this bike!

Just bought a pair of the folding Virum e-bikes. Hygge UK were really quick at helping us place our order. The bikes come ready to go, you just need to rotate the handle bars, adjust the seat and you're ready for a test ride.
We started by seeing how they rode without electric assist; it felt a little different than riding a conventional bike with 26" wheels at first but within seconds it felt quite natural. The brakes are better than anything I've tried before and the gears make it easy to ride.
With the electric assist, everything is even easier; we found we didn't need to change down in gear too much to ride off after stopping at junctions etc.
Our normal 6 mile shopping trip was a joy, even in the cold, and we only used 16% of battery capacity.
The Virum fitted easily into the boot of our car, a medium sized hatchback. The saddle was quick and easy to drop making it easier to get it in to the car.
We look forward to taking the Virums on the train and into the country in the car.

I love my new Hygge Virum E-folding bike. I was very impressed with the design and the quality of it's construction. It's so easy to ride, powerful when needed and very easy to use the gears and controls. Really pleased I bought this bike and will really enjoy riding it.

I am delighted with my Hygge bike purchase. From ordering to receiving it has been an effortless process. It has been a pleasure. I am over the moon with my bikeĺit is such good quality and is everything as advertised.

Im a previous owner of a folding bike and was in the market for a folding e-bike. Having owned a folding bike before I had a long list of criteria. I discovered Hygge Virum while researching bike with similar specs to a Brompton G Line.

I decided to send an email to Hygge CS with my long list of questions and wow, they have been amazing. They send me specs, description and even got the warehouse to send me videos of certain features. I’m not joking when I say they were helpful as I sent more and more questions.

Ultimately I took the plunge as the bike met my specs but I felt reassured that if there was an issue, they would sort it.

I’ve just used to work to get to and from work, it’s brilliant. It’s very comfy and feels sturdy. It’s easy to pick up too which is great for stairs!

Two of my colleagues asked to ride the bike and they are now looking into one.

I would highly recommend Hygge as a company the Virum as a commuting bike.

Not only is the bike fabulous - the service has been amazing. I purchased a refurb bike - the attention to detail over the condition of the bike and support from the sales team was very impressive and prompt. The bike was delivered quickly. Since purchasing the support team have also been fabulous - providing answers to my questions.

The bike being EU legal, having great components e.g. samsung battery, Shimano gears gives me confidence, peace of mind and really feels like a premium product.

I have just purchased a hygge vester and absolutely love it the fat tyres on the vester maker it ideal for me on the road or on the old railway track were I go the customer service is absolutely brilliant they can’t do enough for you I’m so impressed with the vester that my wife has ordered one to I would definitely recommend hygge what a brilliant company

I chose Hygge after a lot of research and I’m so glad I did, the customer service is excellent (many thanks Andrea) as is the communication, the delivery was on time and extremely well packaged.

As for the bike (Vester Step), it is brilliant, very well made, comfortable and easy to ride. I’m 67 and haven’t ridden a bike in over 30 years, I can’t believe how easy it is even with no power assist.

I was looking for electric bike for my commute I tried a lot of company dealing with electric bike but it’s hard to choose which is best especially if your first time buyer but Hygge is the only company that you can really depend on with the support and communication is beyond excellent! I am delighted with the Virum e-bike. I am in my sixties, live in a flat and was looking for a bike I could handle on my own, store easily (no bike store in the building) and get into the back of my car for occasional rides away from home. The Virum fits the bill perfectly. Its design is clever and yet the ride feels safe and comfortable even on gravel/ dirt paths of the park as well as on pavement and road. The seat is comfortable, the flexible positioning of handlebars and seat is easy to adjust and I found all the controls within easy reach.
Quality seems really good - the structure is robust when assembled and all the wiring, gears and frame look and feel like they are built to last. I really liked the look of the bike (and the colour of red) - it just looks better than many folding bikes which can drift towards being too wee. The quality of the accessories was also great and very good value for money. I found the onboard screen surprisingly intuitive and easy to use while cycling.
On the road, the bike handled well - much better than previously owned folding bikes and I really felt quite a lot of confidence. I would buy again with no hesitation and recommend the Virum to anyone looking to get back into cycling.
