I've been using hydroh bottle for a while now. I wake up every morning and have a glass, and one more before bed. Products are solid and the customer service is on point. Highly recommend 👌

I have been using my Hydroh bottle for about 2 to 3 months with no issues.
My bottle then ceased to operate, wouldn’t turn on and wouldn’t charge.
I sent an email to their customer services explaining the issue and they requested a couple of photos of the bottle and a small video showing charging was not possible.
The very next day they arranged a new bottle FOC. Customer services in my experience were very quick to reply and sorted the issue very effectively and efficiently without any fuss. Very pleased.

Looks nothing like advertisement

I genuinely appreciate this product and the exceptional customer service team. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke my bottle due to user error. Despite this, they went above and beyond to provide me with a replacement. I truly value their thoughtfulness and understanding, as they could have easily taken a cold, policy-focused approach. Instead, they chose to be compassionate and accommodating, and I sincerely appreciate their decision. This hydrogen bottle works, and I’ve not only increased my water consumption but also noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels, skin brightness, and digestion.

I must say I have more energy and my water taste to clean. They're customer service is impeccable!! I had an issue with the generator coming on. Nick jumper right on it and issued me another bottle. With all the scams out there, it's good to have a product that does what it says. And to have a customer support team that stands behind the quality and longevity of it's product. I'd had mine for a little over a year with no issues but they shipped me another one right away.

The first thing I noticed after drinking hydrogen water was my vision. Everything began to come in clearer.
I have also noticed that all of the aches and pains I awake with are not as sharp as they used to be.

I will continue to use hydrogen water as a regular part of my daily routine.

My bottle wasn't producing very many bubbles so I reached out to customer service. Quick reply back and they are replacing my bottle!! Would definately recommend this company!

This product ultimately wasn’t worth it for us. When the bottle arrived, it was wet, and the instruction sheet was also damp. My husband was convinced it was used, so I contacted the company right away. They asked for photos, which we provided, but their explanation didn’t fully satisfy us.

We tried using the product a few times anyway, but there was barely any hydrogen bubbling. I emailed to request a refund and return instructions. Throughout the entire process, I communicated with Amelia via email, and she was wonderful—responsive, polite, and helpful.

We were offered the option to keep the product with a partial refund, but we didn’t want to keep something we wouldn’t use. Since we were within the 30-day return policy, I was told I would receive a full refund once it was returned. I wasn’t thrilled that I had to pay for return shipping and wasn’t provided a prepaid label, but I chose to send it back via FedEx using my own account so we could get a full refund.

Once I provided the tracking number, Amelia confirmed the return and processed the refund without issue. Communication was excellent, and I had no trouble getting responses by email, despite what some other reviews mention.

I would give four stars based on customer service alone—specifically my experience with Amelia—but I had to factor in the product itself.

Just buy it!!!! I love the bottle and I do feel like its better than regular water!! Company is amazing! My bottle fell out my bag shattered! It didn't fall under the warranty policy they still worked with me!! Thats too cool customer service 100% Thank you guys for the great product and experience

I highly recommend the Hydrobottle...My bottle was leaking a little and then it cracked. I wrote to the company. They have excellent customer service! They sent me a replacement right away without question.

I have stage two chronic kidney disease and I also get many kidney stones (9 surgeries in the past 10 years).

The very next day after drinking my hyrdo water I felt so much better! I didn't feel bloating or pain. I am so happy I found this company and this bottle. They don't have a phone number but they get back to you right away through email.

I've been doing much research and also talked to my doctor about drinking hydrogen water. It's not just good for your kidneys. It's good for inflammation and many other things. I highly recommend drinking it and getting the bottle from this company. Thanks so much, Hydrobottle!
