Purchased a Hydroh water bottle when diagnosed with CKD however unfortunately for me it didn’t make any improvements at all. I returned it under the 90 day guarantee very easily, however it cost me a whopping £27.45 so if you are considering purchasing one think about the fact that it’s VERY costly to return to USA

When I lost my charging cable I looked on the website to purchase a replacement. Having been unable to find one I contacted customer services. I was sent a couple of links to try but either I'm too blonde or they were broken links! I sent an email asking for help and promptly received a new cable in the post. Well done guys. First class assistance!

I had ordered my Hydrohbottle some time back and had no problems with the shipping of the Bottle but recently my Bottle started acting up so I contacted customer service and explained what I was experiencing and customer service took care of me in short order. I received my new Hydrohbottle and it's working great.

I’m 90 years old and have been using Hydrohbottle products for several months now.
The benefits of hydrogenated water were great. Within two weeks my range of motion in my neck was noticeable and the pain was significantly reduced.
I sleep better and have more energy.
Recently I had a problem with one of my bottles charging, now l’m worried about their customer service.
Absolutely not necessary, I contacted them and they immediately responded and told me what to do to attempt to fix it. When it didn’t work they didn’t hesitate to replace the malfunctioning bottle.
I not only recommend the benefits of hydrogenated water; but l more highly recommend Hydrobottle.

Customer service has been exceptional!!!!

I ordered two bottles back in February. One of them quit working properly and I reached out to the company for either a refund or replacement. They responded back immediately, and offered to replace the broken unit. Very happy with the customer service and the way that they took care of the issue.
