I've now got sea glass pebble kit, very pleased. Only quibble is connecting tube not long enough. However a choice of connectors come with base kit, and I was able to set up successfully. I will buy another base kit soon and use a bowl I have. I can see me collecting more additions!

This is an update to a previous review. I purchased the cascade leaf. It worked for 24 hours. Pump didn’t charge. Contacted company with no satisfactory result. They promised a replacement pump. Issued a tracking label, never sent pump. Many back & forth emails. They issue full refund. Moral to my story. Their product is very expensive GARBAGE. They refunded me to shut me up! Theat refund shows just how garbage their fountains are. A good company would have fully supported their product

The fountain was easy to put together & adds a wonderful sound & light element to any room or garden. Having a wireless pump was what sold me. I've already switched the fountain location 3 times finding the perfect spot & not having to worry about where an outlet is makes this purchase a no brainier for me.
UPS had delays with the shipment but that is on them not Hydria

Brought inside over winter and looked after it now wont work under 12 months warrantywas sent a troubleshooting guide which ive followed and still doesn't work very disappointed because it wasnt cheap

I received a hydra waterfall fountain for my wedding anniversary. It is stunning. Incredibly easy to set up and looks so beautiful in my courtyard.
Unfortunately 4 days after receiving it my youngest beagle ate the remote! Contacted hydra and they sent me a link to purchase a new remote. They also sent a link to pair the new remote to the pump.
I would highly recommend this product and company. The fountain is of a very high quality and the customer support is exceptional (the beagle is sorry and the remote is now on a high shelf!)

Really nice product, at long last I have the sound of trickling water in my garden, no unreliable solar and no wires to the mains. So easy to put together too. Would have given 5 stars but due to lack of stock there was a delay with the expected delivery date which took 3 emails from me before I was made aware of the situation. That said, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the product.

Love the Hydra water fountain, purchased at the Hampton Court Garden Festival in 2024. The remote control wasn’t working this summer. Being within the year warranty period, I contacted Hydra, received a quick response and was sent a replacement. Excellent service and a lovely product.

I have always used a cheap solar powered fountain in mygarden, but decided to tret myself to this as it is easy to clean and compact. It arrived quickly and undamaged and was easy to construct but the height of the fountain is uch lower and less impressive.

Really neat little package, if you’re after a simple unbox and go approach to a water feature then this is the product for you! I am really impressed with my Hydra water feature (I have the leaf cascade and I’ve just bought the kit product!) I’m not going to lie I was a little disappointed initially as the flow of water was pathetic and I couldn’t get it to improve following the troubleshooting tips in their manual, after initially reaching out to customer support they sent me an entirely new pump, battery, top cover and remote but still the flow was terrible and I reached out again and it turns out the issue was the metal faucet was a little too bent and restricting the water flow and it works beautifully now. I don’t tend to judge a company on purchasing a product but the support they provide after they have my money and hydria have certainly proven that they are happy to engage and resolve customer issues quickly and most importantly to the customers satisfaction

Product was late arriving, but I was kept informed of the reason for the delay. The Hydria fountain has completely lived up to expectations and now a very attractive feature in our garden. Build quality appears good, price was very reasonable - just thought the instructions on use could have been a little more comprehensive.

We bought one of these 2 years ago and loved it, We wanted another one and they were out of stock so we ordered it and, when it came back into stock we received it. It is lovely but it is not of the same quality as the first one. There are differences in the remote control and packaging. There are also some minor additions missing. Having said that, the fountain itself is working the same.
