AVOID!!!!!!
Sauna blanket received but no power lead and missing towel insert. No phone number to call. Can only communicate via WhatsApp. I was told a replacement was on its way but since then no communication and no replacement. EXTREMELY POOR. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a sauna blanket and massage gun as a Christmas gift. A shipping label was created but no product ever came. I emailed and it took over 10 days to get a response. When they did, they apologized and blamed it on Fedex. They created another label and did ship the items. It took an entire month to get what I paid for. Let’s hope the products were worth the wait!

My sauna blanket didn't arrive. The delivery company told me to go back to the Hydragun with whom I'd been in dialogue already. The last communication from Hydragun was to ask me to check with my neighbours to see if the product had been delivered. The courier then confirmed that they'd failed to deliver but Hydragun have since not bothered to respond at all, despite me sending 3 emails asking for either a refund or a replacement. I don't think the company are based in the UK and you don't have a chance to talk to anyone. I dread to think what happens when something goes wrong with a product. My recommendation is not to buy from this company,

My hydragun stopped working properly 6 weeks after the warranty ran out... it now only heats under me and not on top. I only used it once per week and stored, cleaned and dried it properly. Which works out that each use cost me around $7 + per use . I contacted the company and was offered 20% discount on a new one or they would sell me a new controller for $50. But internet research indicated it to most likely be a wiring problem. Very disappointed and do not recommend this product at all.

I have receipts and emails to document my genuine concerns with quality and longevity of the hydragun sauna blanket.

The stretch pad is the best at-home massage I ever experienced. Totally relaxing. Expensive but well worth it.

Pros:
-Quiet
-Strong, deep massage
-Mid-range price (compared to other brands)

Cons:
-Shipping took 3 days (states that it's 1-2 days delivery)

Pretty happy with the purchase, highly recommended, no real complaints

Shipping was slightly slow but fully understand given current circumstances. Well packaged and really good quality. The gun itself is quiet and it came with different options.
