They were very professional and patient to my needs.

We engaged Mr. Harris to develop our website, with an agreed completion date of August 2025. Initially, he appeared cooperative and satisfied with the arrangement. However, he abruptly became unresponsive, giving us the impression that the project was still progressing.

When he finally returned, he claimed there was an issue with our GoDaddy hosting and attempted to sell us his own hosting services. I contacted GoDaddy directly, and they confirmed that no such issue existed. Mr. Harris later sent us a version of the website and stated that the work had been completed.

On October 31, I provided all the required content for final editing, after which he again became unreachable. Approximately two weeks later, he reappeared asked more money.

At the beginning of the project, he agreed to develop a 16–18 page website but nothing happned. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional, and I regret having entrusted this project to him.

NO WORKING WEBSITE AND NO REFUND OF MY MONEY These guys have no clue what they’re doing will rip you off and waste so much of your time very rude and unprofessional. They will avoid you if you have any issues. DO NOT TRUST THEM I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF

Dealing with this company has been incredibly frustrating for my business. They are currently withholding my website, which they migrated from Squarespace to their hosting platform. Despite my repeated requests, they have not provided me with my login credentials, and my website is now publicly displaying inaccurate information. This misinformation has led to significant losses in business and sponsorship opportunities.

While they have assured me that my concerns have been escalated to management, I have not received any updates regarding my issues or my refund in over a week. Initially, they promised that my website would be completed within 7-10 days, but it has now been over two months, resulting in substantial financial setbacks. As it stands, they are holding both my website and my refund hostage, which has caused me immense stress for my team and family.
