I want to cancel membership for a few months and now Claire from support team is contacting me to finalize cancellation. I hope Claire will cancel my membership I didn't ask for membership and I don't want it. And to stop trying to withdraw money from my bank account. Somehow it ended up with this with some fraudulent facebook page.

Claire solved my problem, cancelled my subscription and returned money to my bank account. Thanks, Claire.

i had an issue with my purchase and the support team handled it in avery professional and caring way they reviewed my case carefully and even approved arefund as an exception which shows how much they value thier customer
im really satisfied with the outcome and the excellent service highly recommended for thier professionalism and customer care .

As long as you have accepted that my money will be refunded back to my account that is a good move and to also show some sincerity how your organization works. To finalise and added more comments in to this review will be done as I have see the money being refunded into my account thanks while waiting.

Joie helped me with an issue that I had regarding recurring payments that I had no idea were recurring until I just questioned it with my bank and they put me on to Hybridforus where I was instructed on what to do to sort it out, joie was very helpful thank you
