DO NOT USE - destroyed our floor & can't fix fridge

I HAVE A CASE WITH NÆVNENES HUS & THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP FOR THE PHONE CALL. Luckily the wholesaler paid compensation on their behalf because they were very sorry of the experience we had with them. The main contact was was a particularly rude man throughout the entire experience.

LG use them as a provider - have reported them to LG and stated our experience so that others don't experience the same
We had an error code on our fridge, technician came out to fix and in doing so broke the ice machine (unsure how?) They closed the case to LG after that first visit even though I called to say the ice machine was broken. They have since been 5 times and not been able to fix. The last visit the technician pulled out the fridge and then dragged it sideways which totally scratched our wooden floors. I took pictures immediately after and complained - I have been told that we get sent emails saying what we need to do each time and if we don't pull the fridge out they are not responsible for damages. But we have not once received this email they talk about... Shocking do not use!
