I am very satisfied with Hverdag.dk for their fast and excellent response. Recently I purchased 2 bottols of perfume from another website that is very reputable and infamous, it was Dutch not Danish. But it would seem they sent me a diluted perfume of that brand which I have been using for more than 30 years. Today Hverdag.dk sent me the same perfume "Versace Blue jeans" but was the original.
As long as I am living here in Denmark. I will never purchase perfume again except from Hverdag.dk

I ordered "vichy liftactiv serum 10" but I received "vichy liftactiv supreme". I ordered a better product and since there are lots of similar products the guy who packed should be aware of these things. What I ordered is a hundred DKK more expensive than what I received. I wrote to the customer service and sent them photos of the receipt and what I received, but they have not answered me.
This is the second time that has happened to me !!!

Very good costumer service
I ordered a couple of things from Hverdag and the delivery was super fast and efficient. However, in the act of purchasing, I consented to their membership of 99kr per month. Even though this was completely my mistake, it can be tricky, especially when I can't read Danish. Well, I wrote a review here about how annoyed the situation was because I didn't even receive an email saying I was now a member, and two days later their costume service called me apologizing for the situation and that they would refund me the last membership payment. This has completely changed my opinion about Hverdag! Very thoughtful and kind service! I Will definitely have them in mind and recommend them to everyone, even if you have a little problem, they will definitely be very helpful!

We had a pretty bad experience with hverday.dk: they somehow require TWO memberships to have attractive prices: one for a discount and one for the home delivery (the later has taken 5 days!). Also, the quality is questionable: an elastic band sport equipment was broken after three weeks... To avoid!
