Nicht empfehlenswert

Sowas haben wir in 20 Jahren nicht erlebt. Eine Hausverwaltung, die nicht auf die Belange der Eigentümer eingeht, sondern nur für ihre eigene finanzielle Vorteile arbeitet , wesentliche Dinge ignoriert,ständig neue hausgemachte Schäden erfindet- die Eigentümer aufmischt und Angstmacherei verbreitet - unverschämte Antworten auf berechtigte Fragen gibt -keine Preisangebote erstellen läßt und wenn ja, nicht auf das Haus abgestimmt sind- Vorschläge von Eigentümern ignoriert - Eigentümer massiv angreift und als Kostenverursacher öffentlich anprangert, man könnte jetzt noch weitermachen......
ja, das durften wir alle 2 Jahre erdulden
