My landlord disappeared with my deposit, and according to the agency, he wasn’t replying to any of my emails asking for it back, even though it was clearly stated in the contract. Johnny and his team managed to recover the money in less than a week. Excellent service, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with problems with landlords or rental agencies.

They look like scammers taking advantage of people with housing problems in the Netherlands.

Good, clear help and action. We are happy to have our legal matter related to the deposit return from a previous landlord resolved, within ~20 days of approaching HuurTeam Nederland. Fees may be considered a bit high as per the risk to reward ratio; but I guess that's still fine; as I imagine that is their incentive to take appropriate action in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with Huurteam Nederland and the job they did with my case. After 5 years of living in NL, I returned to my country. When I wanted to recover my deposit, I found that the real estate agency I had sent my deposit to when renting my apartment was reluctant to give it back to me.
