Loan scam hard to cancel

Someone stole my card and used it on their website once I told customer service that it was a fraudulent transaction. They informed me that when “I signed up for their terms and conditions I agreed to the charges” I replied that I did not go on their website and did not in fact agreed to any terms and conditions because this is a fraudulent transaction. They repeated the policy back to me. They don’t do refunds due to the fact that I “accepted their terms and conditions“

SCAM!SCAM!SCAM! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!! They tried to steal money out of my account twice! I had to get new cards and banking info. They won't tell you when u put your info the system that the are gonna hit your bank account with no permission. Worst money site I've ever had the mistake of trying! They won't respond when you try to email them. Whats app is because it's all a scam

I just signed up to this bs online and they immediately denied me of a loan. They sent me to third party websites and took my info. When I logged in and went to my profile it had another guys email on there and phone number. I called the number and this guy is in Florida somewhere. Then I found hutsy phone number online and it doesn't work. It rings and rings then hang up. They tried to take money from my account for a subscription I didn't even sign up for. They have my info mixed up with someone else's info!! They are a fraud. Do not use this. I sent them an email hopefully they close my account immediately!! They steal your info guys.

SCAM, refused to acknowledge fraud.

Was charged $10 on 12/28 and 1/9. Didn't notice the first $10 as it was around the holidays. Second $10 got my attention. I never signed up for them and, in fact, that's what the site itself told me when I tried resetting my password for the only email it would be. Finally got in with a link and the dashboard was blank. My bank reversed the charges, issued a new card, and said it was definitely fraud. Contacted Hutsy and got canned responses repeatedly even after saying hey I did not sign up and certainly not twice. Refused to acknowledge this simply canceled the account and said they do not refund. Fine because the bank already did. Be VERY wary.

Signed up and couldn’t find a loan canceled through email the same day and they then charged me almost 2 weeks later and didn’t cancel until I sent an email AGAIN cussing them out. Still didn’t get my money back either. Scam.

Helped me understand what was actually hurting my credit. Real great help for people starting to build their credit or getting their credit straighten out.

This company attempted twice to steal from me, which got my card shut down. Prior to that I had never heard of them. They deny stealing my info, but I never visited their site, never signed up for their service.

They won't admit what they did.

Surely this is a joke!!!! You took my $10 and now you say my email isn’t in your system. When will I learn???? I’ve emailed numerous times to cancel and refund my $10, but well crickets!!!!!

They took another $10 from me, and they keep it doing this each month. I don't want to change my banking as it's such a hassle. I have emailed them numerous times, but no one is responding to me. How can I get a hold of them???
