Scammers. Don't waste your money on this webshop. I ordered some bouncy balls for my dog several weeks ago. Have yet to receive them. Failed to do my due diligence to check out the reviews before placing my order.
If there is a 0 rating I would gladly give them a 0. Extremely poor and sub-standard quality products (don't be deceived by the videos). On the website they mention they are happy to accept a return if you are not satisfied but they have a catch. The catch is that they only refund you the amount once they have received the product and their return address is in CHINA . To send the product to CHINA you would have to pay more than the price of the product itself. If you buy, consider your money wasted.
I ordered neck pillows which of course looked full-size and advertised as sleep aid for head and neck.
When they arrived, they were a quarter of the size than that shown in the online catalogue, very poor quality, crappie bean bag filling.
Never ever buy anything from this website! Its a scam!!!!

I would love to team up with a large number of people and file a class action lawsuit against this company which is nothing more than pure fraud.
They use a ridiculous method of misleading the customer, They advertise a certain product and actually deliver another product, if you want to return there is no problem just send the product to China at an exorbitant cost and after checking you will receive a refund so if the refund is €40 and the shipping to China €70 you would prefer to absorb the loss and this is exactly the scam.
Add to that the worst customer service in the world with no possibility to contact other than email.
I hope we manage to file enough complaints and make this company pay dearly for their criminal behavior until they stop their activities in the Netherlands.
Until then please do not buy anything from this company!!!!
Irrespectuous treatment of customers. Instead of responding to a request of reimbursement and proposal to return an underperforming product (compared to selling video), Hutsen tries to replace it by another product and refuses to reimburse.
I would give minus stars if it would be possible. their products are not what they are advertising. you get a similar item which is the cheapest of the cheapest and it doesn't what it is suppose to do. if u receive it not broken first.
