New Hussle Members
My wife and I are new to Hussle, we were enjoying it until there was an error on the account. We have been trying ro get it fixed but they have no telephone number, we have logged a query and its been a few days and still no response. There customer servive and afyer sales care is lacking.

Day price increases
The day price for Nuffield gyms has gone up 33.3% Jan 26 compared to Sept 25. I think this is an outrageous increase that I don't know how it is justified. Surprised there isn't a lower day price for students, people on benefits, pensioners or say essential workers like NHS Blue light card holders. Please have a re-think.

I have to use my Hussle pass at an Everyone Active centre but it is not possible to book sessions on the Everyone Active website as the Hussle Pass is not recognised. I have requested clarification on how to do this but no satisfactory response has been received.

This is my first ever written review online. The service provided by Luana was extremely timely and professional. My query was responded to and fixed within the same hour and the response time was nothing short of instant. I would love if all customer service followed after Luana.
Easy to use
I decided to use Hussle and buy a daily pass as my friends had joined our local gym.
The whole process was very quick and easy, I did it just before I got to the gym.
Would use it again as it’s a good way to experience different venues without/before committing.

The actual benefit is fantastic and i can't recommend it enough. The only reason I haven't given a 5 star rating is because after trying for a while I realised I couldn't sign up to the monthly pass on the app and needed to use a desktop computer to confirm my emaill address etc. This is quite antiquated system

It's brilliant, my gym was closed for a refurb and I had access to other gyms in the interim. Staff are great too cannot fault at all.

They have refused to refund me for the three weeks I could not use that gym.
Prices have gone up
I have given 4 instead of 5 because for whatever reason, it was painful to reactivate my account.
