Science based and realistic advice
Rob provides clear science based explanations as to what your body needs, and then supplements these with practical and realistic suggestions as to how you can incorporate this into everyday eating. He's not unrealistic about how lives work and provides numerous really helpful factsheets advising what can be eaten in the course of 'normal life'.
I've only had a couple of short sessions with Rob via my gym, but in both of these he has given me loads to think about and has already aided me in making a huge change to how I eat - I'm no longer trying to make it through the day on as little as possible in the belief that will be good for me, I'm eating more food, better food, food that my body needs.
Thanks Rob for your input into what I hope will become a new way of eating for me.
