I popped into Hurst in Shanklin Isle of Wight today with my trolly on wheels as I had lost two bolts from it a very kind gentleman called Dave was helping me it was very busy so I left the trolly with him and he fixed it in his own break time and let me know as soon as it was done, very helpful man I definitely would recommend him and the store very highly thankyou so much

Excellent for Grinding
Excellent from day one. This item was the cheapest by far even when including the delivery charge. They wrote in large embolden on the box for the delivery person to wait longer for me to answer the door due to disabilities because I mentioned I needed extra time to answer the door due to my disabilities. They kept me updated via email about the delivery. It arrived a little earlier than the estimated delivery date which was very much appreciated. I have only had used the grinder a few days or so, I find it does the job perfectly well. Although it is a a coffee grinder, it works perfectly well to grind seeds, very far better than the nutrabullet - I grind linseeds/flaxseeds which are the smallest of seeds, and trust me, it does a very good job indeed. I emailed Hurst (IW) during the delivery, and there was a very speedy reply clearly suggesting an excellent customer service. I have had no need to contact customer service for anything else as everything went swimmingly well, and the grinder is much better than I expected as well as it being cheaper when purchased from Hurst (IW).
