They were the worst to deal with. AFTER i paid all my money when i didnt understand stand something and would call they would talk to me very rude. They also sometimes would not answer my calls, i would cget someone else to call of another phone and they would pick up. THIS COMPANY WAS THE WORST. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST

When y'all did my taxes they was did wrong and I owe more money than I should

I was blessed to find Hurricane and get rid of decades of tax problems. i would recommend them to anyone in a desperate situation.

I was not able to get any help at all with my IRS issues even when I paid more than what they quoted me for the tax assistance service. Am still expecting for any refund from Hurricane tax.

Communication with these guys was next to impossible never responded to emails. Never returned my calls. I ended up going with a different tax company.

I was not kept up to date with process. It was extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. It took days for someone to get back with me. I spent a bunch of money for NOTHING to get resolved!!!! Completely, dissatisfied!

Did not use there services. I paid them and was out on medical leave of absence of work and my job help me financially and appointed free help with my taxes. Although they only ordered transcripts they said they’ve done work and send me a nasty sticky note with big letter on it saying
NO REFUND. Samantha wouldn’t answer my calls after calling me 5 times a day to ask me about paperwork these people are fraud

Overall we are satisfied, I am not sure about the cost, I think it was a wee bit costly, and not totally aware of what we accomplished, the IRS would have set up pmts too.

No contact or updates provided no emails answered let completely in the dark

The service I paid for got nothing accomplished.

This company took my money and did nothing for me. When I tried to get a refund they stopped returning my calls, texts and emails. They are a scam.

You took my money and never done anything over 2 yrs ago. I had to call you guys and find out. I had an accountant locally rake care of it and it was done with 2 weeks not 2.5 years and still haven't heard from your conpany.
