At first im sceptic to buy this product, but me and my husband decided to purchase it anyway for healthier lifestyle.
Very useful! Way big difference to a juicer with a blade. Taste of the juice is so healthyly tasty.
Easy to use. With 2 great recipe books that's very useful guide to a beginner.

Knocked off 1 star because:
1) Web site is not clear which parts need to be ordered for which type of juicer. I have the juicer model number but web-site doesn't correlate this with spare parts numbers so had to send an email.
2) The email regarding this took several days to reply - would have expected same day reply to a simple query.
3) After placing order, got order confirmation but no confirmation of dispatch nor delivery - it just turned up. It was only a few days but in this day and age we come to expect notification of dispatch and estimated delivery date so we know when to expect the goods.
