I found this company on the Web and after reading the different reviews, contacted them and got my free mailing label. They kept me updated as to my watch arrival and evaluation (which unfortunately didn't go in my favor--15-year-old watch and parts not available). They informed me of the expected return date of my watch which was accurate. All this at no charge to me. Would recommend this business to anyone for watch repair and be patient--these are delicate instruments and require special training and time to diagnose.

The product is nice. The shipping was a mess because of the USPS sending it to the wrong place. After two weeks I received my order.

Fantastic service, Hurley roberts got my 31 year aqualand back up and running. Took a while but as an owner of many watches I expected them to take a while they kept me informed throughout the process and I am a very satisfied customer, will use them again on any of my citizen watches.

Even though it took about 9 months to get my watch back they kept me informed through the entire process. Due to Covid19 and supply chain interruptions this process took longer than normal but it was worth the wait. My watch looks and runs like brand new.

If a quality watch repair is what you want Hurley Roberts is the one to give it to you. If fast quick turnaround is what you want this might NOT be the place for you.
It took almost 6 months to get my watch repaired but they told me that might be the case before I sent it. On the other hand they promised me a quality repair and restoration of my watch back to its original working condition and that’s what they delivered. Good quality work ain’t cheap but they assess the job and send you an estimate before any work is performed.

I’ve sent my watch to Hurley twice and have had excellent service. I’m very happy and will continue to use their services. Give them a try. I think you’ll be as pleased as I am.

This was my first time dealing with Hurley Roberts Service Co. and I could not be more satisfied! The entire repair process went exactly as detailed on their website. Their communications were clear and concise. I felt that they truly appreciated me as a customer even when my repair was covered by the warranty policy and earned them no income! I have always trusted Hurley-Roberts Service for maintenance service and repair of my Citizen Aqualand Duplex dive watch as it is a critical piece of dive equipment waterproof to 600'. I have had several services where they have replaced all gaskets and seals and pressure tested the watch. I have never had a problem with it and it has always functioned properly. They do a thorough inspection and replace any component that shows the slightest sign of wear or possibility of failure.

After I fell and broke my left wrist, the band on my Citizen watch wouldn't reach to close the clasp. Citizen referred me to Hurley-Roberts and they informed me that Citizen quit making parts for my watch in 2009 and extension links were no longer available. I was very disappointed as the watch was a gift from my son many years ago. However, unknown to me, this repair business kept looking for links and the service manage found some for my watch. Upon payment, the links were promptly mailed to me. Communication at every step was excellent and I am delighted to again be able to wear my watch.

I have purchased watch bands from Hurley Roberts several times now and each time have received excellent service. The bands arrive within a few days and are fairly simple to install on the watch. Great company to work with. I have now reached a point where it may be time to have the watch checked over and serviced and I will be sending it ti Hurley Roberts fir their assistance.

I sent my watch to them on July 6, 2021. They sent me an estimate on July 20th and I paid it that day. To date October 1, 2021, I still do not have my watch. Further, every email is replied to automatically and you cannot even leave them feedback on their site. I am sure they only let the 5-star posts on their site. Very poor service. I want my watch returned and my money refunded or my watch repaired. Either way, four months is ridiculous.

I took my 20-year old Citizen EcoDrive watch to a neighborhood jeweler for a minor repair (new watch band and crystal) and received it back with the hands out of alignment. I then shipped it to an authorized Citizen watch repair vendor, Hurley Roberts, for repair. Given all the challenges they faced, due to supply chain shortages caused by Covid-19 pandemic, my repair took far longer than expected. But, I received constant updates on the status of the repair and they went above and beyond to complete the task. I highly recommend Hurley Roberts.

I had taken my citizen watch to an off brand battery dealer to replace the battery and after that, my citizen eco drive watch stopped working completely. I sent it to Hurley Robert for repair and they essentially rebuilt my watch. I am happy with the repair and service. They took longer than expected to complete the work, and I sent several emails to that effect because I didn’t know what was taking so long. But each time, they responded promptly and courteously. I was very impressed with their promptness in responding to my emails and how they answered my questions honestly. Yes, I will definitely use them again and refer them to others. They are an A1 company in my book and I consider myself a very careful consumer.

have been using Hurley Roberts Service Company for over 15 years for my +25 year old Citizen Hyper Aqualand diving watch, every couple years for battery and pressure testing.. I trust them completely. Don't go out of business. Not sure where I would go. Will be back in couple years for bi-yearly service.
