'TV-taso Arcas'' from Huonekalut
We bougth a ''TV-taso Arcas'' from Huonekalut some weeks ago. The Huonekalut service was very good and much better than other palces for buying furnuture. They delivered in time and kept us informed throught the process. They also have this option to pay for what you buy when delivery is made which is a very good option. The people who delivered were professional and nice.
The ''TV-taso Arcas'' itself had some problems (some scratches and also the hinges were not good quality so we needed to replace them). I did not contact Huonekalut for these problems since I managed to deal with them myself.

Got a couch
Long shipping time but the couch I got was perfect. It’s exactly the colour as pictures which I had most anxiety over. It has storage and it expands into a bed and both of these mechanisms seem great quality. It’s a bit on the harder side but I like a firm couch so it suits me.

Everything went perfectly
Everything went perfectly. The delivery was handled really well, they called me and let me know the time beforehand. On the day of the delivery they sent me a message with a precise time and the courier called me before he was at the door. Overall very good experience. The drawer was well made and the instructions for the assembly were clear.
