Great customer service, wide variety of products, fast delivery, competitive prices

We have been using Huntoffice since we set up our business in 2020- have never had an issue- delivery is always prompt. Unfortunately, for the first time, a piece of our delivery went missing in transit, but the customer service team have resolved the query quickly and our delivery will arrrive tomorrow. Delighted to recommend them to other businesses.

HuntOffice has an excellent selection of office furniture and supplies, with a well organized and searchable webpage. It helped me pick the right whiteboard for my home office. There was a slight delay in the delivery due to third-party suppliers, so I sent an inquiry about my order and the staff were incredibly helpful and proactive in checking the order and informing me of the status.

I placed an order and it was partially delivered. The following day I contacted Hunt Office regarding the remainder of the delivery and got talking to Teresa. She looked into this and sent me several prompt email updates regarding the delivery. It arrived the following day.

It is always a good idea to spell out what you are looking for and especially concerning office IT components for example - I find if I am looking for adapters for instance I will say I want to go from (for example) a USB-A type ending into an adapter which then connects into a PC with a USB-C endpoint. What I also find is that Hunt Office Supplies always get it right and have never sent me the wrong product. Sometimes suppliers can send you adapters which are the wrong way around, but never Hunt.

I had an IT query that I could not find the answer too. Through HuntOffice I was put in contact with the most patient and helpful Hannah. This lady solved my query which took some time as I was not sure of the correct terminology. Again Thank you Hannah!
