Scam! Was never able to access my certificate. No one available by phone for support and no response to my emails. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!
Now I have to take the course for a second time in order to get my hunting license.
I finished the training yesterday afternoon and the site stated that I could access my hunter education certificate immediately. I could not! I called hunteredcourse.com support and was told that my certificate would be available after noon today. It was not! I called support again and the support rep could not find me in their system, even though I was successfully logged into their system at that time. The support rep referred me to Georgia DNR. I called GA DNR and was told that there is no sign that hunteredcourse.com has attempted to forward my certificate. GA DNR told me that hunteredcourse.com would be the people to talk to since they have not forwarded the certificate. I will call hunteredcourse.com after work to see if they can find me in their system and find the certificate for the course that I paid for and completed successfully.
I will update this review after I call them this afternoon.
