I offered a solution and Lena refused it only offering me to return the item at my own cost! EU consumer law was highlighted to Lena, she chose to ignore me from that moment.
The customer service at Hunkermoller is diabolical.
I will be reporting them to the EU consumer law.

Quick response and delivery. The one item that could not be shipped was quickly refunded and I was properly informed about the situation.

I ordered a pyjama set that never arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was repeatedly assured that the parcel would be shipped soon and that there was just a small delay — but nothing ever happened. Only after I followed up did I finally receive a refund, almost two months after placing the order. I do not recommend this company — very unprofessional and unreliable.
The saleswoman in Hunkemöller in Roskilde was very kind, and did her best to fulfill my wishes. My best recomandations!

Placed an order on wednesday the 15.th. Money was drawn from my account the next day. The following 8 days I heard NOTHING. On day 8 I contacted the customer service to have my order cancelled, since I haven't heard anything. I went out and bought another product. Today - 10 days later - I still haven't received my order. Then last night (day 9) I received an email confirming that my order was dispatched. This was NOT what I asked for when I contacted the customer service last Thursday. I wanted to have my order cancelled.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago, followed by a confirmation of shipment 8 days ago. Only to find out that the package has never been shipped according to track'n'trace.
There is NO way of reaching customer service: emails are not replied to. The chat or Whatsapp numbers they refer to do not exist, which is utterly frustrating. Phone number is just off - they don't accept calls.
This order cost me a large amount that has been charged but there is no way of getting in touch with them. The original order states 3-4 day delivery. They keep on spamming with post-purchase campaigns asking to provide a review. Well, here you go! I will start a financial reclaim process to reimburse my amount if they don't reply within a couple of days.
I have bought a few items from Hunkemöller and have spent more money on transportation than on the product itself because my order was lost and I had to go to Lyngby center many times.
When I call customer service, they say my package is in the Lyngby store, but when I go there to pick it up, they can't find it.
Pity for the cool items but online you will get scammed and their "customer service " is horrible! It has become to difficult to change things that I have bought, with explanations that doesn’t make sense.
A pair of underwear can’t be changed to another color without me loosing the points I used for a part of the payment.

The online shop is a scam. I didnt receive my order. I called them and there was automatic message saying there is noone to answer the phone I should use the contact form or messenger. I did both nobody answered. They are no where to be found. What a scam this shop.

Extremely bad service in an “international” Company. I Got a gift from my family in Flensburg, (bought in a HunkeMöller shop in Flensburg) but I was NOT able to Exchange it in a Danish shop (Herning centre)
I had the code and everything they asked for but NO service - what so ever!!!!

All stores are already under pressure due to shopping on the internet, so I think it would be much wiser of them to give the best possible service to keep their costumers.
