I ordered a sweatshirt back in January

I ordered a sweatshirt back in January, didn't hear until April that they didn't even have my size. They said they would give me a store credit or "whatever I wanted", so I asked for a refund. It's been two weeks and have yet to hear back. I really wanted to like them, but stealing $30 from somebody in the middle of a global pandemic is gross.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

After 4 months, still didn’t receive my item. Multiple emails sent with no response and only received a reply after calling him out in his Instagram comments. He promised he would “look into it” but after following up multiple times, I never got another reply. Still working on getting a refund but it’s not looking good. He has plenty of time to go to Disney and NYC in the middle of a pandemic but can’t even run his own business. Do not order from here.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!!

Ordered 3 items from them in Nov 2020. Received one item, and then the other two have never come. Every time I email them they say, "It'll take us a week to get back to you" then "Two weeks, it'll be there in two weeks"... here we are 4 months later.... Still no items.

Customer service sucks

I’ve ordered from them multiple times in the past and everything went smooth, until now. I ordered 2 hoodies in February 2020 and have yet to see them. It’s January 2021. I’ve emailed multiple times since then got 2 emails back saying I was on a top priority list. Nothing. I’ve messaged on Instagram again I was told they would get shipped. Nothing. I’ve emailed again and messaged again and I’m pretty sure they’ve either blocked me or muted me. I’m out $70 now. Super disappointed with Chad and his customer service.

I ordered three shirts for my wife and…

I ordered three shirts for my wife and I, this was back in Nov... haven’t seen anything ....I’ve contacted the company multiple times and got the automated response. I opened up a PayPal claim against them, then they responded..stating that if I closed the claim they would send my stuff out...and like a dummy I did...well here we are Jan I still haven’t received anything...I’m out 63.00...don’t buy from this clown at all.

Highly Recommend

They are run by an awesome person who is very punctual in responses and will always do his best to give you an update when asked. He got my shirt to me within the 2-4 week notice listed on the website and I wore it to Epcot proudly. Can’t recommend him enough for vintage shirts and unique Disney designed shirts!

Almost a YEAR and still no shirts

I don’t even remember when I placed my order. December of 2019 maybe? And I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! I’ve sent emails, direct messages, everything. I’ve been ignored, or am told “it’ll go out tomorrow!” Yet here we are in September of 2020 and still without my shirts.

5 for the gear, 3 for the shipping time = 4. My orders usually take a month or so but they always do right by me. Happy to support another small business.

They just blatantly ignore customers.

I placed an order for 2 tee’s on the 30th of December in their NYE sale. Thought nothing of it, being in the UK I didn’t expect the shipping to be fast so I was patient with my order.

At the beginning of January I emailed to check up with them and the message was ignored (after waiting their ‘5 days’ for a response) I kept my patience and messaged again after a couple of weeks, respecting that they were a small business and things like this happen, and again I was ignored.

I eventually raised the case with PayPal for a refund, at which point they responded (beginning of March) saying that they were having ‘issues with a supplier’ and that I’d have my order within the next month, so I cancelled the dispute and decided to wait.

I contacted them again at the end of April asking them to cancel my order and for a refund, they replied attempting to blame COVID for the delay 😂 as if I shouldn’t have received my order in January before any of us even knew what coronavirus was.

What adds insult to injury is their incredibly active Instagram account, they have time to be posting new designs/Q&A’s/Vintage drops and yet can’t even fulfil the current orders they have.

Eventually had to raise the issue with my bank via MasterCard to actually get my money back, from the date of my order it took almost 7 months to actually get my money back.

I wish I could review on Instagram to persuade more people to stay away. Would seriously not recommend! Go with a more reputable shop if you want similar products.

Ordered two Grim Grinning Ghost hoodies on 2/5/2020. Never saw my order.

Placed an order 2/5/2020 and never received it. Was in constant contact via email and all of my emails were ignored. I included an email containing my new address since we had moved in the span of those few months. Apparently my hoodies were sent to my old address. I honestly do not even believe that happened. I believe the owner used this as an excuse to buy time. Owner is constantly on Instagram in front of his computer, but can never respond to an email. He contacted me a month ago saying he’s “got something” for me. Dude, I just want my merch that I paid for. I don’t need anything extra. He also kept pulling the COVID card. It would be COMPLETELY understandable if this was the case, but if COVID is affecting your business so negatively, how are you releasing/manufacturing/shipping new designs when you clearly have many past orders that haven’t been sent yet? Beyond that, all I ask is for a response to my 5 emails. Tonight I decided to search for reviews on this company and was absolutely mortified when I found them here. So many people are going through what I was going through when I thought my situation was a fluke. I then decided to message him on Instagram and I threatened opening a dispute with my bank. After 5 months, I FINALLY got my refund.

Store owner will take your money and run - beware!

As much as I love HundredAcreHood's products, I cannot urge others enough to STAY AWAY. The first order that I placed shipped quickly and arrived with no issues. I was impressed with the shipping speed and with the quality of the items that I purchased. However, I have ordered twice more since then and things have gone downhill fast. My second order did not receive any updates regarding shipping for almost two months, and when it finally arrived it was missing half of the items that I ordered. It took almost another month to finally receive a response from HundredAcreHood via email, in which I was informed that due to the limited nature of the items, they must have oversold and missed my order. My family had ordered matching t-shirts to get a cheesy group photo during a trip to WDW - by the time I heard back from their customer service team, we were already halfway through our vacation with only a couple of days left. I was offered a store credit because they apparently do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Figuring it was a fluke, I used the credit given to me to order some other items when we returned from our trip. This order was placed on January 28, 2020 - it has been FOUR MONTHS and I have not received a single update regarding shipping, and multiple emails and DMs on Instagram have been ignored. Same story as lots of others here - this "business" will take your money and turn around and leave you with nothing. A close friend of mine is currently dealing with the exact same issue and I feel horrible for ever recommending this brand. Do not trust that you won't have the same experience - spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

I hate to leave awful reviews but...
I hate to leave awful reviews but I don’t know what else to do. This company was my #1 choice for Disney clothing but I will never buy from them again now. I ordered a shirt back in January. After a month without any update or product I finally reached out asking if there was any update. I was told that they were just slammed and behind on orders... I can totally get that with a small business, so I waited. I waited another month and reached back out and just like everyone else I was ghosted. I waited another month and reached out and was ghosted again. I finally took it to PayPal who is awaiting a response from the seller in order to give me a refund. I’m starting to think I will never see my product or refund. It frustrates me to see someone so active in promoting their company and selling exclusive items but unable to fulfill current customer orders. I hope to see them do right by their customers and make these situations right so that I can modify my review. I love supporting small businesses and can understand the obstacles of operating one but this is uncalled for.

having the same experience as everyone…

having the same experience as everyone else. was so excited for my items to arrive, had talked to the owner on MULTIPLE occasions just via Instagram until this happened, and he of course went ghost. i had to file a claim with Paypal to get my money back which took over a month, so in total between the day i ordered and the day of my refund was a few days over 4 months. this man just takes your money and goes to the Disney parks every day, with no intent of providing product.

Do NOT support this company

It’s been 52 days (2 full months) since I ordered my hat. At this point I would like a full refund and also to still receive what I paid for. At no point have they given any professional responses and they’ve basically ignored my messages and given excuses. I’m very sad because I genuinely love their merchandise and what they offer but this is ridiculous. I have been more than understanding and patient. They’ve blamed not having hat boxes, and coronavirus (when I ordered my hat a full month before anything happened in the US). When pressured again for an answer they didn’t even know what I ordered and needed to be reminded. I don’t want to have to leave bad reviews or call them out on social media but they’re basically begging me to. I’ve bought from them once before but I can promise at this point I will never buy again.

Sweet disney streetwear clothes

Sweet disney streetwear clothes! I ordered the Metal leota shirt and a mystery box. The box had some cool vintage gear and one of their Grim Grinning Social Club shirts. Took about 3 weeks to get to me. Waiting on another order and will definitely order again.

I'd give zero stars is possible. Ordered a shirt over a month ago and never received it. He's very present on social media and ignored emails as well as direct messages. Had to get Paypal involved and got a refund. Don't waste your time or money

Absolutely horrible!! HundredacreHORRIBLE!!

Absolutely horrible!!! Ordered two Grim Grinning Ghost hoodies totaling $80 on 2/5/20. Order confirmed via email. Started trying to track through Arrive app. Nothing. Another week. Nothing. Yet another...way beyond the “two weeks” stated on his IG. Emailed company through website 4 times! Posted on a couple of the multiple photos he posts from the parks everyday. He deleted. I reposted. I’m so angry that my emails are repeatedly ignored. No explanation....NOTHING! This crook took me for $80, and is extremely active on IG every day in the parks or “drawing new designs” while multiple orders go unfulfilled. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!! 😡
