We submitted an order for Jersey’s and other supplies on Jan 1, 2026. On March 24th, they said the merchandise should be in within 1 week. It's April 23rd today, and we are still waiting for our order to be delivered. We have not received shipping information yet.

Big deception with a package not received. I wrote an sworn letter as hummel recommended but they do not answer. In case I receive feedback I will quit my review.

One pair of shorts came missing a stripe on one leg. They also have terrible sizing. Euro size 152 is a Youth Medium and 176 is a Youth large which is a HUGE gap. They have a Euro size 164 but that isn't available in a US size. Their soccer socks are also impossible to pull onto children's feet. They have no stretch or give at all!

Oh no... I wish I'd read these before ordering hundreds of pounds worth of RUBBISH from this company.

The rubbish in question is kids' hi-top shoes, at £50 a pop, which fall apart in a few weeks. Utter crud, do NOT waste your money.

Hummel Germany is not only selling low quality products, their customer service is also terrible. And furthermore, because just trying to rip off customers just isn't enough, they are filing copyright lawsuits against YouTubers using arrow symbols. Apparently they think they invented the arrow and therefore are the only ones allowed to use it.

Their products are aren’t great and attacking small business owners for trumped up rights is a joke.

Joke of a company, don't order anything from them. They will offer poor service and quality.

Just scammers, dont buy products from this company

Products without quality. And claims having legal rigths for a wide spread design. They are a joke company.

Our experience with your company was terrible especially with your President Jeff in the United States I made all the wrong stuff, we postponed it back it has not returned the money sent the masks that you are all ruined even the meshes without not even the attached piece but the money you wanted immediately and now no longer responds to the phone nor to the emails is really shameful but how to work

I’m not at all surprised about the amount of bad reviews left for Hummel, not even a little bit surprised, please don’t buy any of their products, they are very badly made and will fall to bits after only a handful of uses, if you contact them about it you will receive awful customer service and be told to try and glue the item back together yourself, horrendous, avoid at all costs, stick to the other big brands that made quality items and provide good customer service, Hummel are a waste of time and completely amateur.

Placed order, haven't received tracking number.
Tried to get in touch with customer service. No answer. Even though they say that they'll get back to you within one business day.
Now it has been 11 days, and still haven't received the order, nor have I had a response from them.

Update: The customer support finally provided the tracking number for the parcel which has been sitting in the post office for several days.
