I don't usually buy online

I don't usually buy online. Saw the dress I wanted. Very easy to order. Next day, received an email saying the dress was being sent. The dress arrived. Very happy. No problems at all. I may have to do more online shopping.

A long wait for items

I have ordered a few things from you over the last few months as I couldn’t get the size I needed In a store. There is no communication and it takes on average 2 weeks to get delivered. I am 2 hours south of Sydney so not in a remote place. There is also no communication when it’s getting delivered either. It’s a shame your online store lets down the brand.

Hi Samantha, Thank you for your review. I have just checked, we received your most recent order at 9:00 am Monday and it was shipped that very afternoon. We pack fast and we ship fast! It arrived to you the following Tuesday – 6 business days for delivery – which is normal if you select “standard post”. I noticed on some of your previous orders you selected Express instead which we always recommend, I can see these parcels were delivered to you within 4 business days. Maybe that’s why you thought this time it was slower, but definitely not two weeks. We are based in Western Australia in the Margaret River region so our delivery time is slightly longer than if we were on the East Coast.

An automatic confirmation email is sent to customers when their order has been placed and another when shipped with tracking details. They may have gone to your junk folder if you have received them. I’m not sure why you are not getting alerts from Australia Post – we will look into this. Thanks for letting us know. I would recommend downloading the Australia Post app to ensure you receive their updates. Thank you

Lovely Dress

Hi...loved the dress unfortunately it was too small, as it was on sale I could not refund or exchange. So had to give it away. But will wait till new sizes are available and re-purchase.

There is a terms and conditions box that must be ticked at checkout that reinstates "sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged." Our website will not let you check out until you have ticked this box and agreed with the terms.
We recommend also using our size guide for when you do repurchase to help you with sizing as we hand measure every garment to make sure that customers are 100% confident with the size that they are purchasing.

More pale yellow than cream…

Unfortunately the Celia cardi in cream was a very deep cream- more butery with soft yellow tones. It doesn’t suit my colouring at all but as I bought it during a 30 percent promotion I can’t return it. The cardi is a fabulous fabric - I have one in Black - but it isn’t really cream.

Dear Ros, I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your new garment. As we explained, we do go above and beyond to capture the colour of garments as accurately as possible. The colour of the cardigan is a very close match to the photos we provide online – there is always a slight difference due to different computer screens and photographic lighting. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to control this.

These pants are absolutely the best fit…

These pants are absolutely the best fit and a great non jean option for day to day. The little bit of stretch makes them perfect as a work pant or casual pant! I will buy in all colours!!

Unreliable Size

The item was on sale so I can’t return it.
I chose the XS being the smallest and my normal size but it was ridiculously long in the sleeves and too big all over. I have the one star as it did arrive quickly.

Some of these measures include; a size guide that is available on each product page to ensure that the size that you are ordering is the right fit for you. We take time to hand measure every garment to make sure that you are 100% confident with the size that you are purchasing before checking out. We also make it very clear that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We include this information on every Sale EDM, social post, and we even go to the extent of having a terms and conditions box that must be ticked before checking out- our Shopify will not let you check out until you have ticked this box and agreed with the terms.
We must also mention that if you are ever unsure of something we have a brilliant customer service team that is always happy to help with any query. Thank you.

Archaic returns policy

Beware, Humidity has archaic sales terms. Humidity does not refund sale items, even when item is then advertised back at full price within days of purchase (so clearly still current stock). Out of line with today’s customer service expectations. Humidity has lost my future custom as a result. In stark contrast, I purchased two faux fur jackets from Bubishe Luxe in different sizes at same time. Both at a reduced price. Was able to return the one that didn’t fit to Bubishe for a full refund, no problem and no questions. This was in stark contrast to the lack of customer care from Humidity.

Hi Amy,
You advised us on email we had earned ourselves a bad review and that we have “archaic sales terms.” Amy, in this case you missed checking the terms and conditions and then didn’t read the pop-up box which would have avoided disappointment. Our terms and conditions are in obvious places at the top and bottom of the website and we call them “RETURNS” so they are easy to find. We keep it brief - no endless reading. The 2nd line states – “Sale items cannot be returned”. Just in case you forget to check the terms, we went the extra mile and an added an app with a pop-up box that stated – “I understand I cannot return sale items.” You must tick the box before you can proceed to checkout - you chose to proceed. In the good old days this would not have been the case. Humidity staff all shop online so we get it, that’s why we offer accurate measurements (not generic like most sites) for every style and state terms clearly on all our emails sale items.

Smooth and efficient all the way

Smooth and efficient all the way. Purchased and returned because too small and there was no bigger size. Tried on product in a store and loved it, the feel, the style, the colour and sadly not a bigger size. Next time I hope.
